Affittacamere Brenna ★★★

Kategooriad

• Limpieza9,2

Repeated positive mentions across reviews: 'Pulizia ottima', 'baño impecable', 'room clean and cozy' indicate very good cleanliness overall.

• Servicio8,0

Generally positive overall experience and friendly stays reported, though online check-in via mobile was noted as difficult — hence a good but not perfect service score.

• Ubicación6,0

Mixed-to-negative: several guests found the property isolated and far from Como/train station (needs bus/taxi), though others note it is convenient by car and near a frequent bus.

• Habitaciones8,8

Rooms described as clean, cozy and well kept; positives include good air conditioning and functional bathrooms despite some reports of a very small or leaking shower.

• Instalaciones8,6

Air conditioning, parking, shared kitchen and functional installations were praised; some specific issues (broken showerhead, missing bidet towel) slightly lower the score.

• Relación calidad-precio6,2

Several guests felt the listing was misleading and one called the stay 'dinero malgastado'; concerns about distance to Como and extra transport costs reduce perceived value.

• Comida y bebida6,0

Main complaint: breakfast not included and unclear on the website — no strong positives for F&B, so this area scores below average.

• Experiencia general9,6

Despite location and some amenity issues, multiple guests said 'we loved our stay', 'perfect', and 'recommend', indicating a very positive overall experience for many visitors.
