Kategooriad

• Limpieza9,8

Multiple reviewers explicitly praise cleanliness ('clean and comfortable', 'Ubicación y limpieza', 'property was clean'). Overall cleanliness is consistently highlighted as a strong point.

• Servicio9,6

Service is described positively: staff were helpful, attention was very good, and a taxi service was conveniently available in front of the hotel.

• Ubicación9,3

Location is frequently praised for proximity to beach, bars, cafes and restaurants and good harbor views, but some mention limited beach access for mobility-impaired guests and occasional local noise.

• Habitaciones9,4

Rooms/condos are described as spacious, new, well equipped with full kitchens and great terraces/views; a few notes about bed comfort not being ideal and afternoon heat/need for better blackout/shade.

• Instalaciones9,1

Strong amenities: rooftop pool, underground parking, full kitchens, filtered water station, on-site food/drink options. Drawbacks include a limited open-air gym (no treadmill/bike) and very chilled pool restrooms at times.

• Relación calidad-precio8,9

Generally good value for the new, well-equipped units and amenities, but on-site dining is called very expensive which lowers perceived value for some guests.

• Comida y bebida9,1

On-site restaurant is noted as very expensive, though there are food and drink options in the building and nearby restaurants; overall food/beverage options exist but price is a concern.

• Experiencia general9,3

Overall sentiment is highly positive ('wonderful stay', 'Effet Waouh garanti', 'would stay again'), with standout views, a great pool and comfortable accommodations outweighing the few practical issues noted.
