Arte Sofia Hotel ★★★

Kategooriad

• Limpieza7,6

Mixed comments: several guests praise rooms and bathrooms as very clean, but multiple reviews call out carpet stains, a moldy shower base and slow drain, and an older bathroom in need of renovation — overall cleanliness is noticeably inconsistent.

• Servicio9,4

Generally positive: receptionists described as kind and staff frequently helpful (including luggage storage after check-out); a minority mention brusque or poor-tempered staff at breakfast/portaria, but overall service sentiment is strong.

• Ubicación9,8

Outstanding: many reviewers highlight perfect/ excellent location near tourist sites, metro/tram (Serdika), and walking distance to main points — repeatedly cited as the hotel's main strength.

• Habitaciones8,3

Mostly positive: rooms are described as bright, spacious and comfortable with good beds for many guests; isolated reports of very soft/unsupportive mattresses that cause back pain reduce this score slightly.

• Instalaciones8,0

Mixed: useful amenities noted (TV, toiletries, luggage storage, easy self-check after hours), but issues include an old bathroom in some rooms, a problematic elevator and lack of parking nearby.

• Relación calidad-precio9,4

Strong value: several guests explicitly commend the hotel as giving excellent value for the price and suitable for budget-conscious travelers, particularly given the central location and cleanliness.

• Comida y bebida8,3

Mixed feedback: some guests praise the breakfast as perfect, while others note problems (almost-rotten tomatoes, coffee not to taste); overall acceptable but inconsistent.

• Experiencia general9,6

Generally very positive: many guests say they were very satisfied and would return, citing location, cleanliness and comfort; isolated negative experiences (smell in bedding, carpet stains, mattress issues) temper but do not dominate overall impressions.
