Backpack Lanka

Kategooriad

• Limpieza7,0

Mixed reports: several guests described rooms as clean, but at least one review reported strong cigarette smell and insects, lowering the overall cleanliness impression.

• Servicio8,8

Multiple mentions of helpful/friendly staff and 'customer services are great' justify a strong service score despite other issues.

• Ubicación8,6

Consistently praised as 'very good location' and 'location was good'; one comment noted poor directions to reach the property but overall location is a clear positive.

• Habitaciones4,8

Several negative specifics: rooms reported without windows, very small, cardboard doors/poor soundproofing, and cigarette smell in at least one room — room quality is a clear weak point.

• Instalaciones8,4

Air conditioning included and fast internet are highlighted as strong positives; lack of breakfast is noted but amenities overall (AC, wifi) are good.

• Relación calidad-precio5,8

Mixed perceptions: some guests find it good value for backpackers, others call the price overpriced and complain about short effective stay time — overall value is below average.

• Comida y bebida6,0

Breakfast is not provided (requested by guests), which lowers this score; otherwise little information on food/beverage offerings.

• Experiencia general8,2

Overall impression is mixed-to-positive for budget/backpacker travelers because of location, service, AC and internet, but room quality and value issues temper the experience.
