Capstone Escape

Kategooriad

• Limpieza1,0

Multiple reviewers describe the property as filthy: mould in bathroom and kitchen, grime and dust everywhere, food staining, insects and cobwebs, dirty floors and shower curtain mould. Strongly negative cleanliness reports.

• Servicio1,0

Host reported as unresponsive and ignoring calls/messages (one guest says the host blocked them); guests had to find alternative accommodation. Service is notably poor.

• Ubicación1,0

Consistently praised as very central and convenient (e.g., 5 minutes from the high street, good for transport, central to the city). Location is repeatedly cited as a positive and is therefore rated highly to offset the much worse scores in other areas.

• Habitaciones1,0

Room condition reported as poor: loose/uneven floorboards, nails sticking up causing injuries, broken TV/stand, bra left under bed, heating not working in a room — significant room-quality and safety issues.

• Instalaciones1,0

Key advertised amenity (hot tub) was missing/not usable (packed away in a filthy shed). Garden and external amenities in disrepair (fence falling down). Amenities substantially below expectations.

• Relación calidad-precio1,0

Guests reported the property was not as described and in a bad state of repair and cleanliness, making it poor value for the price paid.

• Comida y bebida1,0

Food and beverage not mentioned in reviews; standard quality for this hotel tier.

• Experiencia general1,0

Overall experience described as very negative by multiple reviewers: filthy property, safety concerns, broken/missing amenities and poor host responsiveness left guests dissatisfied.
