Doubletree by Hilton Van ★★★★★

Kategooriad

• Limpieza9,0

Multiple reviews specifically praise cleanliness (rooms very clean, very clean pool, good housekeeping and fragrant rooms), though a few notes mention occasional missed vacuuming or maintenance — overall cleanliness is a strong positive.

• Servicio9,3

Service is frequently highlighted as excellent with many named staff praised and fast check-in; isolated complaints (no manager for transport, some 'bad service' reviews) exist but positive staff interactions dominate.

• Ubicación7,6

Location is consistently described as convenient for the airport and peaceful/outside the city center, but not ideal for downtown access; occasional road noise and limited nearby shops/restaurants reduce the score.

• Habitaciones8,2

Rooms are described as large, nicely scented and some with lake views; issues reported include empty minibars/fridges, fridge cooling problems and occasional shortages of slippers/towels for extra guests — generally good but with some inconsistencies.

• Instalaciones7,8

Amenities like a clean pool, parking, lobby refreshments, child park and breakfast hall are appreciated, but some facilities (bar closed, drinks machine broken, playground upkeep needed) and limited on-site shops lower the rating.

• Relación calidad-precio7,0

Several guests noted price concerns, high taxi costs and expectations not matching a 5* standard for some services; mixed impressions lead to a below-target score for value.

• Comida y bebida7,4

Breakfast is praised by many as good, but multiple complaints mention limited variety, poor filter coffee, non-fresh juices and missing items on some days — overall positive but inconsistent.

• Experiencia general8,5

Majority of reviews describe a pleasant, relaxing stay with friendly staff and good facilities (pool, breakfast, clean rooms), though a minority report significant issues; aggregated impression is above the target overall rating.
