• Limpieza8,6

Generally reported as clean and comfortable (several guests explicitly praised limpeza), though a few noted issues such as mirror stains and minor maintenance that lowered perfection.

• Servicio9,5

Multiple guests praised excellent and helpful staff and reception; one notable negative (delay opening garage gate) was reported but majority sentiment about staff friendliness and availability is strongly positive.

• Ubicación9,6

Consistently highlighted as a strong point — excellent location for the Arena MRV, near business areas and within walking distance to metro, repeatedly mentioned as a reason guests choose the hotel.

• Habitaciones8,7

Rooms praised for comfortable beds, good showers and functional kitchen/flat setup and balcony views; minor negatives include small TV, occasional loose toilet seat and a slightly small living area for some units.

• Instalaciones8,5

Sauna and pool mentioned positively and flats with kitchens/balconies add value; some guests noted issues like non-smart/small TVs and limited hangers or garage access difficulties.

• Relación calidad-precio9,4

Perceived as good value (explicit 'bom custo benefício' and repeat guests), with many saying they return to the property when in the area.

• Comida y bebida7,6

Most frequent negatives: breakfast often described as basic, limited savory options, some stale/hard breads and unfriendly kitchen staff in a few reports — lowers this category compared with others.

• Experiencia general9,3

Overall sentiment is very positive with many 'excellent stay' comments, comfortable rooms and good location; a few recurring issues (breakfast quality, occasional maintenance, garage access) slightly reduce a perfect score.
