Four Points by Sheraton Eastham Cape Cod ★★★

Kategooriad

• Limpieza8,2

Generally reported as clean and well-kept by several guests, though a few mentioned a damp smell in places and humid halls requiring better ventilation.

• Servicio9,2

Staff repeatedly described as helpful, welcoming and guest-focused (restaurant staff praised, front desk responsive), with positive remarks about professional service.

• Ubicación9,4

Multiple guests praised the convenient, central location for visiting the Cape and easy access to nearby areas.

• Habitaciones7,4

Rooms are spacious and comfortable for many, but several complaints about dark rooms (balconies to indoor pool), noisy A/C, inconsistent pillows, and some in-room failures (TV/phone/sockets).

• Instalaciones6,8

Amenities are uneven: indoor pool is a draw for some but was closed for others, reported as frigid by guests, and pool/atrium layout caused noise and humidity issues; hot tub unclear or missing for some stays.

• Relación calidad-precio7,6

Mixed value perceptions: some found rooms a good price, while others felt add-ons (notably breakfast at $18) were expensive and closure of advertised amenities reduced perceived value.

• Comida y bebida8,3

Breakfast buffet received praise for variety and good service from wait staff; evening bar food noted as very good, though a few guests felt breakfast offerings were only 'just ok' or overpriced.

• Experiencia general7,9

Overall stays described as comfortable and very good by many due to staff and location, but issues with pool availability/temperature, some room problems and occasional dampness tempered the experience.
