Consistently praised: numerous reviews call out staff by name, describe exceptionally helpful, friendly and accommodating service and excellent customer service across shifts.

• Ubicación8,0

Generally positive: described as conveniently placed and close to the airport with a perfect location for many guests; one guest noted a stay for Knebworth felt a bit far out.

• Habitaciones7,2

• Relación calidad-precio6,6

Mixed value: breakfast repeatedly praised as good value, but evening meals were criticised as expensive and poor quality by at least one guest.

Overall positive: many guests reported very enjoyable stays, would stay again, and praised the hotel and staff despite minor disruption from refurbishment.
