Kategooriad

• Limpieza6,8

Mixed but leaning negative: multiple comments about insufficient cleaning — especially dirty sanitary facilities, stained carpets, curtains and bedspreads, and strong insecticide smell; some guests did note rooms felt clean on arrival.

• Servicio9,0

Generally positive: several guests explicitly praised friendly and very helpful staff; service perceived as accommodating, especially for short/transit stays.

• Ubicación9,0

Strong positives: repeatedly mentioned as easy to reach, close to the centre and public transport, with convenient on-site parking — though a few noted street noise in the early morning.

• Habitaciones7,1

Mixed: many found rooms comfortable with good beds, but others reported old furnishings, small bathrooms, dirty linens in some cases, and problems with air-conditioning.

• Instalaciones6,9

Below average: recurring issues with noisy or musty air-conditioning, lack of a coffee machine/kettle downstairs, an aged mini-bar that doesn’t cool well; parking is available (sometimes paid).

• Relación calidad-precio9,0

Positive value perception: multiple guests highlighted good value for a short/transit stay and suitable facilities for the price despite some shortcomings.

• Comida y bebida6,2

Noted weakness: breakfast described repeatedly as basic or poor quality, lacking variety and decent coffee; several guests were disappointed by the buffet offering.

• Experiencia general9,2

Overall a good choice for short stays/transit: many guests recommended it for one-night stops due to location, parking and friendly staff, though issues with cleanliness, breakfast and some room amenities temper longer-stay suitability.
