Hotel Delle Rose ★★★

Kategooriad

• Limpieza8,8

Multiple reviews explicitly praise excellent cleanliness ("perfektná čistota", "Pulizia", "chambre etait propre", "Pokoje czyste"), with only isolated issues related to breakfast area rather than room cleanliness.

• Servicio9,0

Service consistently receives high praise across reviews (friendly, attentive staff; named employees like Mohamed/Momo; compliments from director to reception), justifying a strong score.

• Ubicación9,2

Location is repeatedly highlighted as a major pro (immediately by the Basilica, ideal for pilgrims, great views), making this one of the hotel's strongest aspects.

• Habitaciones7,4

Mixed feedback: some find rooms comfortable (beds), but several reviews note small rooms, dated condition, maintenance needs, balkony repairs and cramped layouts, lowering the score.

• Instalaciones8,0

Amenities are generally useful (restaurant, bar, practical services) but guests report older elevators, a hilly layout with many stairs and uneven parking capacity—positive but with shortcomings.

• Relación calidad-precio6,8

Value is questioned in a few reviews ("Não vale o preço", explicit complaint about price), and some guests note limited room facilities for the price, so this is the weakest category.

• Comida y bebida8,2

Breakfast and hotel restaurant are often praised for variety and quality, though there are isolated reports of poor replenishment, unhygienic breakfast tables and substandard fruit on occasions.

• Experiencia general9,0

Overall sentiment is very positive for many guests (wonderful memories, repeat visitors, 'bubble of serenity'), despite some criticisms about price and room maintenance.
