• Limpieza3,5

Multiple guests reported dirt and stains (towels with marks, biscuits/wrappers under bed), lack of housekeeping across stays, and cooking smells seeping into rooms — cleanliness is a clear weakness.

• Servicio8,5

Staff are consistently described as friendly, polite and helpful; several guests highlighted personnel as a strong point despite occasional understaffing.

• Ubicación8,5

Many guests praised the location (loch view, convenient base for sightseeing, beautiful surroundings) — location is a major positive.

• Habitaciones5,5

Mixed reports: some rooms are nicely furnished, but others suffer from uncomfortable beds, cramped bathrooms, windows that don't open fully and general wear-and-tear.

• Instalaciones5,0

Issues reported with amenities (hot tub not working, limited/filled parking, no regular housekeeping, shower problems) — amenities are inconsistent.

• Relación calidad-precio7,0

Several guests felt the hotel offered good value and were pleasantly surprised by the price-quality ratio, though a few judged it less favorable given shortcomings.

• Comida y bebida5,5

Breakfast and dining received mixed/negative comments (limited breakfast items, small portions, and restaurant odors affecting rooms); some guests did not use the food service.

• Experiencia general6,9

Overall mixed experience: excellent location and friendly staff make it suitable for short stays, but cleanliness, some room issues and inconsistent amenities lower the overall impression.
