Sciù Sciù House ★★★★

Kategooriad

• Limpieza10,0

Explicitly mentioned as clean in the reviews; apartment described as clean and well-maintained.

• Servicio7,6

Host handling was a major negative: ignored messages/calls and did not process an expected refund after early check-out, lowering the service score.

• Ubicación10,0

Clearly praised: 'Bien localisé dans Atrani' and 'location was excellent' in multiple comments.

• Habitaciones7,9

Room itself was comfortable and temperature was pleasant, but the sofa-bed is worn (no proper mattress, only a topper) and there were issues with bedding for the second bed.

• Instalaciones10,0

Described as having good equipment ('bon équipement'); amenities were noted positively.

• Relación calidad-precio7,9

Negative impact due to the booking/checkout handling: guest paid for an additional hotel night and received no refund, reducing perceived value.

• Comida y bebida8,9

Standard quality for this hotel tier.

• Experiencia general8,9

Mixed overall: excellent location, cleanliness and amenities but significant service/bedding issues (sofa-bed and refund/communication) tempered the stay, resulting in a balanced overall score.
