The Peppermill Boutique Hotel ★★★★★

Kategooriad

• Limpieza9,2

Consistently praised across reviews: described as 'spotless', 'very clean', and 'newly done up' — cleanliness is a clear strong point.

• Servicio9,4

Repeatedly highlighted as friendly, polite and very helpful (staff called 'amazing', specific praise for Sophie, fantastic bar staff and warm welcomes).

• Ubicación9,0

Frequently noted as central and convenient (good for exploring Devizes); double glazing reduces street noise. Parking availability is limited which tempers the score slightly.

• Habitaciones8,4

Rooms praised for comfortable beds, generous size, good showers and effective air conditioning; offset by specific complaint about a sliding glass en‑suite that compromises privacy and can be noisy.

• Instalaciones8,2

Good amenities noted (air conditioning, onsite restaurant/bar, well‑appointed rooms) but recurrent parking issues, limited free parking and occasional closure of bar/restaurant reduce the rating.

• Relación calidad-precio8,6

Generally seen as good/excellent value by many guests, though at least one guest felt it was not competitively priced; overall slightly above average.

• Comida y bebida9,0

Breakfast and food repeatedly described as great or excellent; bar and restaurant receive positive comments though occasional closures (e.g., Monday) are noted.

• Experiencia general8,6

Overall very positive with many recommending and intending to return; attractive decor and comfortable rooms, with some negatives (parking, en‑suite privacy) for a minority.
