Hellidon Lakes Hotel ★★★★

Kategoriat

• Limpieza8,0

Multiple reviews describe rooms and venue as very clean and comfortable, with only minor notes (carpet) rather than major cleanliness complaints.

• Servicio8,2

Staff repeatedly mentioned as friendly and helpful; some praise for efficient, cheerful service even when issues (room moves) occurred.

• Ubicación8,0

Consistently praised for a beautiful lakeside/rural setting and easy parking; strong positive factor for guests.

• Habitaciones5,5

Rooms described as clean and spacious but several negative points: many rooms lack air conditioning, some rooms are tired, small single beds, small TV and occasional heating control issues.

• Instalaciones5,7

Gym and spa noted positively but spa/pool access often incurs extra charges; lack of AC, missing USB ports and small TVs reduce the amenities score.

• Relación calidad-precio7,6

Several guests stated it was good value and recommend staying; extra charges for some facilities temper the score slightly.

• Comida y bebida8,0

Breakfast described as having a good selection; wedding catering and specific dishes (seafood risotto) received positive comments.

• Experiencia general6,6

Generally positive experiences for weddings and stays due to location, staff and food, but significant negatives (no AC during heat, noise from events, dated rooms) lowered the overall impression.
