Helnan Chellah Hotel ★★★★

Kategoriat

• Limpieza9,0

Frequently praised in reviews (propre, la propreté, 'Mooi netjes en schoon'); guests repeatedly highlight cleanliness and tidy rooms.

• Servicio7,1

Mixed feedback: several guests praise helpful reception staff (mentions of Tarik, Jamal, late check-out allowed), but multiple reports of unfriendly or inattentive staff (receptionist asleep, mocking, misleading taxi info) lower the score.

• Ubicación9,2

Consistently noted as a strong point: central, close to the city centre and station, convenient for sightseeing and transport.

• Habitaciones6,5

Several complaints about small or dated rooms, broken TV, and noise from the street; some mentions of AC problems, indicating room quality is below average.

• Instalaciones7,0

Issues reported with Wi‑Fi quality, lack of in‑room kettle/drinking water and insufficient toiletries; some basic amenities (iron, AC) are available but inconsistent.

• Relación calidad-precio7,0

Mixed impressions: some guests state 'good value for money', others find the price too high for the level and report unexpected extra costs (breakfast price, taxi claims).

• Comida y bebida8,2

Breakfast is often described positively (good, very complete), though restaurant offerings could be improved and pricing/clarity has isolated complaints.

• Experiencia general8,4

Generally positive stays with friendly moments and good cleanliness/location, but inconsistent service and some room/amenity issues create variability in guest experience.
