Hotel Casanova ★★★★

Kategoriat

• Limpieza6,8

Multiple reviews complain about dirty carpets, stained/soiled bedding (even blood-stained duvet in one report), dust and generally unhygienic rooms; a few reviews mention clean rooms but overall cleanliness is notably weak.

• Servicio9,2

Many guests praise attentive and helpful staff across several reviews ('personnel agréable', 'staff helpful'); a minority report unfriendly staff or slow responses, but service sentiment is predominantly positive.

• Ubicación10,0

Overwhelmingly positive comments about location (perfect/ideal, steps from St. Mark's and vaporetto, highly central). This is the hotel's strongest attribute.

• Habitaciones7,2

Mixed feedback: some rooms described as clean, spacious and well-decorated; others are old, tired, with uneven floors, small dark windows, or malfunctioning AC. Quality varies by room type.

• Instalaciones8,0

Some guests note limited amenities (no roof terrace despite advertising, minimal minibar/drinks, few USB ports); overall amenities are adequate but not exceptional.

• Relación calidad-precio7,6

Several guests feel the price is high for the level of comfort and issues reported (cleanliness, safety, AC problems), while others find the location and service justify the cost.

• Comida y bebida8,6

Breakfast opinions are mixed — some describe it as skimpy or lacking variety (especially for special diets), others call it correct or good. Generally acceptable but not outstanding.

• Experiencia general8,2

Overall a mixed but generally positive experience driven strongly by location and character of the hotel; however cleanliness, occasional safety concerns, and room/amenity issues temper guest satisfaction.
