Kategoriat

• Limpieza8,2

Multiple reviews note rooms were clean and well kept, though a few mention tired fixtures and minor wear (water damage on desk) — overall cleanliness is good for the hotel tier.

• Servicio8,6

Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and accommodating at reception and service areas; a few mentions of check-in inflexibility but overall service sentiment is strongly positive.

• Ubicación9,5

Overwhelmingly praised as central and convenient (close to city centre, bus station, shops, bars and restaurants); the strongest positive theme across reviews.

• Habitaciones6,4

Several comments about small or tired rooms, water-damaged desk, soft pillows, poor shower performance and issues with TVs; mixed to negative on room condition and comfort.

• Instalaciones6,0

Complaints about paid parking and luggage storage, no/poor air conditioning, lack of irons, limited sockets, missing hand towels and occasional shortages (tea/milk) — amenities are a notable pain point.

• Relación calidad-precio8,2

Many guests explicitly note good value for price and that the hotel is 'value for money'; a minority find breakfast (especially children's breakfast) expensive.

• Comida y bebida8,1

Breakfast frequently praised as good and comprehensive (buffet); food and bar mentioned positively though a few cite cost concerns.

• Experiencia general7,4

Generally positive stays driven by location, friendly staff and decent breakfast, but marred for some by room/amenity issues (TV, shower, no AC) leading to a slightly above-average overall score.
