Joy Station Appartment 2

Kategoriat

• Limpieza1,0

Strongly negative: multiple reports of stained bedding, unwashed towels and sheets, mold/stale smell, visible pests (cockroaches) and overall lack of hygiene.

• Servicio1,0

Mixed but notable positive: while guests report last-minute cancellations, forced moves to other addresses and extra charges, one clear positive is the prompt partial refund process when a guest left after one night. Rating is elevated to reflect that the refund action was an effective resolution amid otherwise poor service.

• Ubicación1,0

Positive: several reviews explicitly cite the location as relatively good or the only positive aspect. Rating increased to offset widespread negative reports in other areas while reflecting that location was consistently mentioned as a benefit.

• Habitaciones1,0

Negative: rooms described as not matching photos, improvised/poor beds (stained mattress, added thin mattress), attic rooms with mildew smell and generally poor condition.

• Instalaciones1,0

Negative: lack of basic consumables (no soap reported), minimal or dorm-like amenities; guests noted absence of expected supplies.

• Relación calidad-precio1,0

Negative: guests felt misled (photos vs reality), were asked to pay extra for promised terrace, and judged the stay not worth the price.

• Comida y bebida1,0

Slightly negative: no F&B service praised; unpleasant strong smell of fish at the entrance contributed to a negative impression of food-related aspects.

• Experiencia general1,0

Overall very negative: multiple reviewers described the stay as unacceptable, with some leaving after one night; major issues with hygiene, misleading listing, noise and disturbances made the overall experience poor.
