Kategoriat

• Limpieza8,1

Multiple guests explicitly noted clean rooms ('Rene rom', 'Zimmer war sauber'), though one review described rooms as 'lieblos' which suggests inconsistent upkeep; overall slightly above standard for this property.

• Servicio8,6

Several guests praised reception and staff as friendly and helpful and described personnel as attentive; service consistently reported as a strong point.

• Ubicación9,3

Repeatedly highlighted as excellent — immediate proximity to the Waterloo battlefield, memorial and museums, easy walking access to sights and pleasant views from the terrace/rooms.

• Habitaciones6,5

Mixed-to-negative comments: some found rooms comfortable, but multiple reports of attic rooms being very hot, lack of air-conditioning, small roof windows, drafty doors/windows and outdated/‘tired’ décor; stairs and odd room layouts also affected expectations.

• Instalaciones7,0

Practical amenities noted (parking, garden, in-room fans provided), but wifi/connectivity problems, no AC in many rooms and pervasive steakhouse smells were recurring negatives.

• Relación calidad-precio7,5

Several guests described the hotel as affordable and convenient for the sights, though some found the on-site restaurant pricey (especially wine); overall fair value with caveats.

• Comida y bebida8,2

The hotel's restaurant received consistently strong praise for dinner quality and service ('excellent meals', 'restaurant food is excellent'), but breakfast/buffet quality and the use of the restaurant as the breakfast room drew negative comments.

• Experiencia general8,0

Overall positive sentiment driven by unbeatable location, good restaurant and helpful staff; significant downsides (heat in attic rooms, some room condition issues and wifi/breakfast problems) temper the experience.
