Maple Hotel ★★★

Kategoriat

• Limpieza5,5

Multiple reviews report poor cleanliness: visible hair, dust on curtains, heavy dust, damp/wet floors, moldy smell in a room, and sightings of cockroaches — cleanliness is a clear weakness.

• Servicio9,0

Staff frequently described as helpful and responsive (e.g., promptly changed rooms for accessibility needs, resolved guest issues); one note about front-desk training gaps, but overall service is a strength.

• Ubicación9,2

Multiple comments highlight a convenient location near night markets and lively areas, and good access to transport (Ubike); overall location is highly regarded.

• Habitaciones6,5

Rooms are small and some layouts problematic (pillars in rooms, narrow 60 cm shower, high bathtub entry, limited outlets); reports of old/aged fixtures and occasional unpleasant odors reduce the score.

• Instalaciones7,8

Positives include free/available parking, bathtub, drinking-water dispenser and lobby coffee machine; negatives include no included breakfast, occasional shortage of beverages and limited in-room outlets.

• Relación calidad-precio9,4

Many guests explicitly call out affordable pricing and good cost-performance (e.g., low weekday rates, good facilities for the price), making value a strong point.

• Comida y bebida7,2

Very limited on-site F&B: no included breakfast for many, occasional afternoon tea noted, and drinks on the first floor can run out — overall modest offering but local dining options nearby.

• Experiencia general7,8

Overall impression is 'okay' to positive: good location, helpful staff, and strong value offset by recurring cleanliness and some room-quality issues; the mixed but generally acceptable experience aligns with the target rating.
