Riad La Bigarade ★★★

Kategoriat

• Limpieza10,0

Rooms described as clean on arrival but housekeeping was inconsistent (guests had to request cleaning, one party had rooms uncleaned for 5 nights). Minor maintenance issues (towel rail about to fall) and bathroom flooding risk due to no shower curtain affected perceived cleanliness/maintenance.

• Servicio10,0

Consistently praised hospitality: warm welcome with mint tea, attentive owner/host (Marika) and staff, airport/meet-and-greet assistance, staff described as delightful and very helpful throughout the stay.

• Ubicación10,0

Multiple comments highlight an excellent location inside the medina, safe area, short walk (~10 minutes) to Jemaa el-Fnaa, easy to reach with the riad shuttle—location seen as a major positive.

• Habitaciones10,0

Rooms are nicely decorated with comfortable beds, but need some maintenance (towel rail loose, general upkeep). Some rooms closer to the courtyard are noisier than upstairs rooms.

• Instalaciones10,0

Breakfast and dinner service available, airport shuttle recommended; breakfast generally plentiful but lacks variety (limited savory items, little/no fruit or yogurt). Lack of shower curtains/screens is a practical downside.

• Relación calidad-precio10,0

Several guests found on-site dinner expensive (and large portions) compared with alternatives; overall value reduced by extra food cost and limited breakfast variety despite high service level.

• Comida y bebida10,0

Breakfast repeatedly described as tasty and copious (fresh orange juice served daily). Dinner in the riad was delicious when tried, though menus/pricing varied and some desired more variety (fruit/yogurt).

• Experiencia general10,0

Overall very positive: guests recommend the riad, many would return, citing authentic atmosphere, excellent hospitality and a safe, enjoyable stay despite minor cleaning and maintenance issues.
