Samba Tres Rios ★★★★

Kategoriat

• Limpieza7,8

Mixed reports: several guests praised room cleaning and towels on some stays, but recurring issues noted (mold in bathroom, missing or poor-quality towels, unclean pillows), so cleanliness is below the property average.

• Servicio8,8

Generally positive: staff described as helpful and responsive when requested, but there are isolated negatives (reception not proactive about app reservations, room-change handling and refund communication issues, no phone connection to reception). Overall service leans positive.

• Ubicación9,4

Consistently praised: many reviewers highlight an excellent, central location and proximity to commerce — a clear strong point for the hotel.

• Habitaciones8,4

Mixed: comfortable beds and spacious suites reported, but multiple maintenance issues (poor bathroom installations, low shower flow, swollen wooden furniture, noise from elevator or street, some rooms downgraded) moderate the score.

• Instalaciones7,2

Below average due to practical shortcomings: constrained or costly parking, no in-room phone/communication with reception, removed bidet in some rooms, noisy elevator and occasional exhaust/ventilation failures.

• Relación calidad-precio8,0

Mixed-to-positive: some guests explicitly note good cost/benefit and reasonable rates, though unexpected extra parking fees and isolated service mishandlings affect perceived value for some stays.

• Comida y bebida8,6

Generally good: breakfast is frequently praised for variety and quality, though there are occasional complaints about limited fruit, basic selection for some, and cleanliness of some breakfast items (e.g., cups).

• Experiencia general9,0

Overall positive impressions dominate: many guests describe pleasant stays, comfortable beds and good breakfasts, and several indicate they would return despite isolated issues.
