Kategoriat

• Limpieza4,5

Multiple comments about poor cleanliness and upkeep (dirty fridge, holey beach towels, musty/humidity smell); some mention daily cleaning but overall cleanliness is a clear negative.

• Servicio7,5

Mostly praised — several reviews call staff awesome, friendly and helpful; however there are isolated reports of rude or unhelpful staff and an issue over late check-out/charges.

• Ubicación8,0

Consistently positive: first-line or very close to the beach, easy access to Chaweng beach; a few guests noted it is slightly removed from the main shopping/restaurant area (~20–30 min walk).

• Habitaciones5,0

Mixed to negative: several reports of old furniture, aged bathrooms, very hard beds and doors/AC problems; some rooms have small balconies and functional AC but room condition is below expectations.

• Instalaciones7,0

Pool and direct beach access are frequently praised and considered good value; issues noted with beach umbrella service and some worn items (towels).

• Relación calidad-precio8,0

Multiple reviewers explicitly call it good value/affordable with excellent price-to-location ratio.

• Comida y bebida6,0

Little commentary beyond breakfast being considered somewhat expensive (~€7 supplement); otherwise no strong positives or negatives on F&B.

• Experiencia general6,0

Overall mixed experience: excellent location, decent staff and value but held back by cleanliness and room condition issues; represents a modestly positive but imperfect stay.
