Zum Eichenzeller ★★★

Kategoriat

• Limpieza8,5

Multiple reviews explicitly praise the rooms and bathrooms as very clean and well maintained (e.g., 'super sauberes', 'schone kamers', 'Die Sauberkeit'). Cleanliness is consistently noted as a strong point.

• Servicio7,2

Service is mixed: several mentions of friendly and attentive staff ('sehr nettes Personal', 'personal was super friendly'), but there are also serious failures (booking given away on arrival, staff unable to rebook or refund; long/slow check-in in some cases).

• Ubicación9,3

Location is repeatedly highlighted as excellent for transit/stopovers (close to the motorway, many nearby services). This is the strongest consistently positive theme across reviews.

• Habitaciones7,1

Rooms are described as modern and well equipped, but several guests report significant problems: very warm rooms (no AC), noise from the motorway and a slamming door, and occasional complaints about beds/linens.

• Instalaciones7,3

Amenities are adequate for a motorway hotel (free parking, on-site restaurant, fans provided when no AC), but the lack of air conditioning is a recurring negative and some found the site layout slightly uninviting.

• Relación calidad-precio7,0

Value opinions are mixed: some guests feel price-performance is fair for a stopover, while at least one review explicitly states it was not good value due to room comfort and service issues.

• Comida y bebida7,8

Breakfast is reported as generally acceptable to good (fairly arranged buffet, simple but okay), and an on-site Italian restaurant is mentioned positively; no major F&B complaints beyond simplicity.

• Experiencia general9,0

Overall the property is viewed favorably as a convenient, clean stopover with friendly staff and decent facilities for transit travellers, though heat, noise and occasional service failures reduce the experience for some guests.
