Driver requirements
- Minimum age 23, maximum age 80.
- At least 2 years of active driving licence.
- For every rental the renter presents an ID card, a valid driving licence and, for foreign citizens, a passport.
Rental period
- Minimum rental is 1 day (24 hours). Early return does not reduce the price unless agreed in writing at the start of the rental.
- A grace period of 60 minutes applies on return. A delay over 60 minutes is charged as an additional day.
Delivery and return
- Free delivery and collection at our office or at any address in Belgrade: hotel, airport or your accommodation, 00:00–24:00.
- Every car is delivered with a full tank and is returned with a full tank. Missing fuel is charged.
- Every car is delivered clean inside and out and is returned in the same condition. Cleaning fee if returned dirty: 1,000 RSD (1,500 RSD for a van).
Payment and deposit
- Payment in advance or on delivery of the car: credit card, bank transfer, PayPal or cash.
- The deposit depends on the car model and type and can be paid in cash.
- Parking and traffic fines during the rental are paid by the renter; unpaid fines and bank fees are withheld from the deposit.
Insurance and damage
- In case of an accident, damage or theft, notify the local police and Cube rent a car immediately and follow their instructions; note the details of the other party and give the police every detail.
- Insurance applies only with a written police report of the incident. Without a police report the renter bears the full cost of repair, whatever insurance was chosen.
- Equipment that is damaged, lost or stolen (rims, spare wheel, additional equipment provided on request) is reimbursed at its full value.
Travelling abroad
- Driving outside Serbia requires our prior written consent and the documents we provide for the requested country only. Without consent the insurance does not apply and the renter bears every cost.
- We cannot approve travel to or through Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Kosovo, Albania and Turkey.
