+ Apartamento bem localizado, é possível acessar praias e o centro histórico em 20 minutos de caminhada. Bem decorado e acomoda bem várias pessoas se necessário. Viajei com minha namorada e gostamos muito. Usamos a torradeira todos os dias e fizemos café de manhã. E sim, quem quiser pode acessar a piscina (o cartão estava disponivel no quarto).
− Não gostei de chegar no horario exato do check-in as 16h, mas ter que aguardar 1h para ir ao apartamento por atraso da limpeza. Mas na hora do checkout as 10h foram super pontuais. Irônico não?

Partiamo con la pubblicità ingannevole: la pagina parla chiaramente di piscina inclusa, ma all'arrivo, sorpresa! Ci viene comunicato che è solo per i residenti del complesso.
Il balcone presente nelle foto? Non accessibile! Le chiavi fornite non aprono la porta sul retro.
La casa è umida (i vestiti in valigia si sono bagnati) e c'è muffa sul soffitto della camera da letto.
Non è fornito alcun tovagliolo o carta da cucina, e la carta igienica è limitata a 2 dei rotoli più sottili e di scarsa qualità che siano mai stati prodotti, durati letteralmente 1 giorno. Per confronto, nei 3 giorni successivi non siamo arrivati neanche a metà di un rotolo che abbiamo dovuto comprare noi, perché il proprietario si rifiutava di fornirne altri.
Avete piacere di dormire oltre le 7.30 in vacanza? Peccato, c'è un cantiere letteralmente ad un metro dalla finestra della camera! È colpa del proprietario? Certamente no, ma è un'informazione che VA DATA all'ospite.
Metà delle prese elettriche sono talmente vecchie ed allargate che le spine escono dai buchi. L'altra metà è stata letteralmente causa d'incendio, come visibile dal nero sul muro.

Leuke ruimte , maar keukeninventaris deels heel oud.(deels wel vernieuwd.)
Met hulp van een Portugees sprekende kennis alles geregeld gekregen. Nou ja, behalve de koffie, de stukke tuinstoel, te klein versleten, bakpannetje.
Stapel half opgevouwen handdoeken. Schoon of vuil?
Wel schone op het bed.

+ Overall, the apartment was not bad, exactly like the photos, but don’t expect too much, there aren’t a lot of facilities in the kitchen
− I would strongly recommend looking for a different place to stay. Our experience was a nightmare from start to finish.
• Check-in Chaos: We were told to pick up keys from a city center location between 4-7 PM. We arrived exactly at 4 PM to be efficient, but due to a long line and slow staff, it took 25 minutes just to get the key. To make matters worse, the apartment wasn't even ready for check-in until 5:45 PM.
• Broken Amenities & No Hot Water: On the first night, we couldn't cook because the gas stove and oven were broken. Since the gas system was down, I also had to take a freezing cold shower. When I tried to contact the staff via phone, and Booking chat, I received no help—only an automated response the following noon.
• Gas Issues & Gaslighting: They finally sent a technician while I was out. He claimed everything was working and the staff actually accused me of lying. However, the night before there was no smell of gas or ignition, which clearly means the tank was empty and they replaced/refilled it without admitting it.
• Major Security Breach: The most shocking part was returning to the apartment to find that the staff/technician had left the back door wide open. Anyone could have walked in and taken our belongings.
The staff is not nice, the communication is non-existent, and they clearly don't care about their guests' comfort or safety. Save yourself the headache and book somewhere else.

+ The staff was nice and helpful, they were just unlucky that they needed to be called 4 times due to the house poor conditions.
The location is good with free parking right outside and the pool looks very nice.
− The house should be ok during summer but they shouldn't rent it during the winter in these conditions. It's super cold all the time, the windows don't isolate neither the cold nor the noise (which can add up).
The house has the basics and the basics only, it isn't very welcoming. It isn't horrible but it just isn't a comfortable stay.

+ Trying to figure out, but I can't.
− We traveled for 2 weeks in Portugal and stayed in 8 different places and this one by far is the worse. In fact, I do not remember anything like this In my experience. What I did not like? Here you go
1. What you see in the picture and what you see inside is completely different. This qualifies as 100% wrong advertisement.
2. Picking up the key in the downtown of the city, a few km away from the stay where you can’t park the car is absurd.
3. The place had a pool, but the key did not work. On my request on the property, there is no response from the owner.
4. When you walking into the place, there is a horrible smell of the freshener that trying to kill the smell from the toilet without success.
5. The shower takes about 3-5 minutes to heat the water. But until you wait, the water at the bottom of the shower is not going away. Eventually, it could overflow out of the shower area. Please watch!
6. The balcony is the best, it is facing parking spot with garbage on it.
7. The corners of the doors are sealed with duct-tape with black paint over them.
8. The bedroom is the worst part of the place. Someone wrapped up it in plastic. The actual mattress as well!
9. The cleaning leading came 30 minutes before we even checked out. Very uncomfortable.
Well, this is 50 dollars per night stay, not what I paid for. Extremely disappointing! I do not recommend it to anyone, even if you are on a budget.
I will be asking for my money back.

+ EN: Location is great, in an area of Lagos I know well and where I have been going for my whole life. Breakfast was decent and it was delivered to the door of the flat every morning.
PT: Localização excelente, numa zona de Lagos que conheço bem e que tenho visitado toda a minha vida. Pequeno-almoço decente, entregue à porta do apartamento todas as manhãs.
− EN: Check-in in a central location of Lagos, away from the property. Upon arrival we found a broken bed frame in the middle of the living room with a mattress sloppily on top. This was dangerous for our <2 years old child. There was a crib in the flat, as requested, although we had to call to get confirmation of the crib availability, could not manage to get confirmation after texting through booking App. Communication was thus not straightforward. Of note, the crib was only semi-assembled, and without apparent instructions we could not get it operational before our baby's bed time. On the balcony, there was another broken chair together with an assemblage of additional abandoned or degraded items. Wooden doors and locks are in poor condition as well. Overall, a disappointing experience with my family in a city I've been visiting my whole life and which I love.
PT: Check-in no centro de Lagos, longe da propriedade. À chegada, encontrámos uma cama partida no meio da sala com um colchão colocado desleixadamente acima. Para a nossa criança <2 anos este tipo de mobília partida representa um perigo. Havia um berço no apartamento, conforme solicitado, mas tivémos que ligar para obter a confirmação da disponibilidade do berço, uma vez que não conseguimos obter a confirmação após o envio de mensagens de texto através da aplicação Booking. Isto reflecte como a comunicação não é efectuada de forma eficiente. É importante salientar que o berço estava apenas semi-montado e, sem instruções aparentes, não o conseguimos montar adequadamente antes da hora de dormir da criança. Na varanda havia outra cadeira partida juntamente com um conjunto de itens adicionais abandonados ou degradados. As portas e fechaduras de madeira também estão em mau estado. No geral, uma experiência decepcionante com a minha família numa cidade que visitei durante toda a minha vida e que adoro.

− Attention! The beds were full of red bugs, which we could not stay for the days we planned. We had a terrible night and we had to rest on the floor as we hadn’t anywhere to go once we found out the infestation. We could not sleep in the beds and we had to leave once the sun was up. The property management found another place for us which did not have same features and was not proactive in solve our situation. We had to stop our plans for our trip to try to get another place cause we did not have anywhere to go. The management did not return our request of refund or compensation, did not answer emails.

+ The room was very clean! If you are happy to just sit by the pool then this accomodation is great.
− The location to pick up the keys was a little frustrating as it was in the centre of town which is 2kms away from the actual accommodation. The breakfast was attacked by the birds as soon as it was delivered so was unable to be eaten. The beds were very uncomfortable and there was a renovation in the room above us which started early in the morning and was still going at 11pm at night so was very loud.
