+ Nos gusto la ubicacion, la playa super bien para los niños . El apartamento muy bien con todo, zona tranquila

− No hay aire acondicionado, pasemos bastante calor

+ Udogodnienia potrzebne do codziennego funkcjonowania na miejscu, m.in. mikrofalówka, piekarnik, ekspres do kawy, pralka, żelazko. Przedmioty do sprzątania typu zmiotka, szufelka, mop. Cicha okolica, dostęp do parkingu, blisko sklepy. Właściciel bardzo miły i pomocny. Pani Mirabell niezwykle ciepła i otwarta osoba. :)

− Niestety przy rezerwowaniu nie zwróciliśmy uwagi na brak klimatyzacji, co przy ponad 33 stopniach było uciążliwe. Dwa wentylatory nie wystarczyły.

+ Ubicación: A menos de 10 min andando a la playa. A 2 min andando a un Mc Donald. A unos 10 min en coche de supermercados: Mercadona, Aldi, Carrefour Express. Es una zona muy tranquila, sin bares ni discotecas. Tiene plaza de parking. Hay una sombrilla, un trasto menos que tienes que llevar. El apartamento es un segundo sin ascensor. No tiene lavavajillas. Es amplio, con armario en las tres habitaciones.

− Limpieza: Deja que desear Toallas: No hay un juego de toallas por persona como aparecen en las fotos. Solo hay una toalla grande por persona, y una alfombrilla de ducha y una toalla de manos para todos. Cocina: Muy escasa. Nosotros solo lo usamos para el desayuno. Éramos 4 y solo había 4 cucharillas. El último alojado aclaró la vajilla sin fregar. Las tazas estaban sucias, se notaba el cerco del líquido. El microondas por dentro sucísimo. No hay estropajo ni bayeta nueva. En otros alojamientos siempre he visto un kit de limpieza. No hay aire acondicionado. Solo hay dos ventiladores de pie para cuatro estancias (3 dormitorios y el salón).

+ Mr David est un hôte remarquable, attentif et disponible, qui a pris contact avant notre arrivée et communique aisément en français et en anglais. Le logement bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal, dans un quartier calme et agréable, à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la plage. La présence d’un garage en sous-sol constitue un véritable atout. De plus, la proximité avec Barcelone (moins d’une heure) et l’aéroport (environ 35 minutes) est très appréciable. L’appartement est idéal pour 4 personnes : il dispose d’une chambre double pour les parents ainsi que de deux chambres simples. L’espace de vie est agréable, avec un salon ouvert sur la cuisine, et une terrasse offrant une vue sur la rue principale. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement et n’hésiterai pas à y séjourner de nouveau.

− Honnêtement, je n’ai aucun point négatif à signaler.

Overall, very positive experience

+ We enjoyed staying in Cunit. Apartment is very convenient, 15 min walk from train station or a beach. Three bedrooms. Perfect for family with kids. No lift. Big supermarkets are about 20-25 min walk.

Perfect accomodation, everything is nearby, prices are correct, Beach is amazing

+ I wanted a fully equipped apartman close enough to Barcelona to reach it in an hour but far enough to have nice beaches with less crowded bars and restaurants. Something authentic. I got everything I wanted! The host was outmost helpful and friendly, the kitchen fully equipped, everything nice and tidy. The sorroundings arent noisy and its a safe neighbourhood. The police station is one street away and tourism Office is also close. The Beach and restaurants, shops, McDonald's, supermarket are walk distance. The Beach is clean, lots of shells, sand, fishes and crabs. Prices are very fair, good quality and everybody is friendly.
