Tropic Sun Towers ★★

Kategorijos

• Limpieza9,4

Multiple guests repeatedly praised room and communal cleanliness (e.g., 'room was clean', 'cleanest, best place in Daytona', 'cleanliness of the rooms and communal areas'), indicating a strong cleanliness performance with only isolated smells from neighboring smokers.

• Servicio9,2

Service is frequently noted as very positive — 'staff were super helpful', 'friendly staff', 'all staff members was nice and helpful' — with a small number of isolated issues (front desk unresponsive to a parking/bike complaint).

• Ubicación9,3

Location and ocean-front views are repeatedly highlighted as a major positive ('location to all restaurants', 'ocean front view', 'Loved the position'), making location a standout strength.

• Habitaciones7,4

Room condition is mixed: many rooms are described as comfortable and well-equipped, but several guests reported issues (peeling bathtub paint, low water pressure, cigarette smell in/near rooms, a non-working TV, and a very firm mattress), so room quality is notably weaker than other areas.

• Instalaciones8,6

Amenities are generally well-regarded (bikes, pool deck, free beach loungers, basement parking, kitchen stocked), though there are complaints about the elevator (slow, sauna-like, and occasional breakdowns) and occasional unclear breakfast communication.

• Relación calidad-precio8,1

Many guests called it good value or great price, but a few negative notes (unexpected charges, parking/bike access issues, some dated fixtures) moderate the score.

• Comida y bebida8,3

Food and beverage is lightly mentioned: one guest had breakfast delivered to the room and others were unclear or unaware of breakfast arrangements, so impressions are mixed-to-neutral.

• Experiencia general9,3

Overall impressions are strongly positive with many guests saying they would return and praising staff, location, cleanliness and amenities; isolated operational issues (elevator, some room defects, smoking) slightly reduce the uniformity of experience.
