+ Gute Unterkunft in unmittelbarer Strand-und Restaurant-Nähe. Sehr gute Matratzen.

− Abgezähltes Besteck für 4 Personen und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr zäh.

− Alguma dificuldade em encontrar a casa, que foi solucionado através de informações solicitadas e fornecidas pelo número de contacto por telefone no momento da chegada..

+ Está muy cerca de la playa y el apartamento es cómodo (buenas camas, buen tamaño y menaje suficiente) El wifi funciona la mayoría de las veces. La lavadora buenísima. Muy cerca de restaurantes, paseo marítimo y supermercados. Super bien conectado para ver cosas en la isla, Max 30 min en coche de todo.

− - Llegamos y el apartamento no se había limpiado. Después de contactar con ellos lo limpiaron en un par de horas y para evitar las molestias nos invitaron a comer. - La ducha no traga el agua y se sale. Limpie yo misma el filtro pero nada. Eso realmente fue un inconveniente, porque no podíamos ducharnos más de uno y corriendo. - Se nos olvidaron documentos importantes en el apartamento y tardaron muchísimo en enviarlo, más que el tiempo fue la comunicación, tuve que llamar y contactar con ellos al menos 8 veces. - Muchas cucarachas fuera, si te dejas la puerta abierta el riesgo de que entren es muy alto. Pero parece un problema de la zona. - siempre que se llamaba a la encargada del apartamento no cogía el teléfono, por teléfono contesta pero tarda. Eso podría mejorarse.

+ Host was very friendly and accommodating letting us check out later than usual as we had a late flight which saved us alot of hassle carrying luggage around all day we could relax in the beautiful apartment until 5pm and head to airport then for our 8pm flight apartment had everything you would need and more for your stay was absolutely spotless clean lovely modern decor and very comfortable beds were comfortable really couldn't fault one thing and a few steps from front door was the beautiful beach and apartment had lovely little terrace to sit out on for coffee in the morning and also the air conditioning was fantastic as it was hot here.

− La televisión no funcionaba pero resolvieron pronto el problema trayendo una nueva...

Relaxing stay in comfortable apartment, in great location.

+ Everything including location (beach, restaurants, shops), comfort, cleanliness, staff was really excellent.

− Only the WiFi (patchy) could be improved.

+ This is a very cozy and nice apartment. Location is great if you want to travel around the island, close to the airport. Beds were comfortable, clean, fresh bed linens.kitchen is nice and new. Terrace is nice for an evening glass of wine :) definitely can recommend to everyone.

− What we would recommend to the owner is to ad few necessary items to the kitchen(knives, peeler,bowls) and the sofa would need a proper cleaning. Also the wardrobes had a “old style “ smell inside so we had to leave them open the whole time to avoid our clothes getting smelly 😐. There’s nothing really interesting in that area so to have a car would be a great choice.

Superb location, clean, spacious and worth revisiting!

+ Lovely lo location - convenient for all amenities including restaurants, beaches and shops. Very clean and spacious and good security arrangements.

− Just some minor issues. Had expected some basic provisions to have been provided on our arrival - for example washing up powder and kitchen towels. A pairing knife for preparing fruit and vegetables and some small bowls for crisps and olives, etc would have been good.
