• Limpieza9,2

Multiple reviews explicitly note the rooms and environment were clean and tidy ("clean", "Pekne, čisté", fridge provision on arrival).

• Servicio9,0

Host described as very friendly and helpful (kept luggage, offered coffee, prepared morning coffee); only service-related negative is the late check-in surcharge policy.

• Ubicación8,0

Mixed sentiment: praised as quiet and overlooking a courtyard and near metro in one review, but also noted as far from main sights (20–30 min, uphill) in another review.

• Habitaciones8,0

Rooms matched expectations, cozy Italian-style décor and old furniture; but accommodation is shared (including bathroom) for some stays, which reduces privacy.

• Instalaciones9,2

Amenities praised: working Wi‑Fi, kettle, toiletries in bathroom, elevator, fridge with water/champagne on arrival and coffee offered by host.

• Relación calidad-precio8,0

Generally good value given included extras (welcome drinks, coffee) and cleanliness, but late check-in fee and uphill distance for pedestrians affect perceived value for some guests.

• Comida y bebida9,0

Positive mentions of hostess-provided coffee and welcome champagne/water in the fridge; no formal restaurant criticism noted.

• Experiencia general9,2

Overall very positive impressions: quiet, safe, friendly host and comfortable rooms; some disturbance from neighboring guests in one stay and location distance for walkers are noted but did not dominate the overall satisfaction.
