Kategorijas

• Limpieza6,5

Multiple guests complained about cleanliness and strong unpleasant smells in the lobby and by the pool; several reviews explicitly ask to improve room and facility cleaning, though a few guests noted their rooms were very clean.

• Servicio9,0

Many glowing mentions of staff by name and excellent, warm service; a few isolated reports of unresponsiveness (lost items, reception not listening) but overall service is a clear strength.

• Ubicación9,0

Consistently praised: central location, very close to the beach and mall with direct sea access — one of the hotel's strongest points.

• Habitaciones8,0

Rooms described as matching photos and in several cases very clean and pleasant; however some guests reported issues related to room cleaning and facility maintenance.

• Instalaciones7,4

Spa and salt pools receive high marks, but there are negatives: small/limited gym, insufficient kiosk offerings for children, missing promised items (coffee machine), lack of toilets/lobby facilities and limited smoking areas.

• Relación calidad-precio8,5

Several guests said the deal was worth it and explicitly mentioned good value; overall perceived as good value for the price paid.

• Comida y bebida8,3

Breakfast is frequently praised as excellent; some comments request more variety for breakfast and dinner and note average evening meals — generally positive but with room for improvement.

• Experiencia general8,1

Many guests recommend the hotel, highlight memorable stays (weddings, friendly staff) and say everything was great; however recurring cleanliness and occasional service lapses temper the score.
