Residence Adele ★★★

Kategorijas

• Limpieza6,5

Mixed reports: some guests found the apartment very clean, while others reported dusty conditions from nearby construction, dirty shower, stained pillowcase and occasional sewage odor — overall below target.

• Servicio9,0

Mixed but generally helpful on-site: staff provided precise directions and workers assisted guests. However the organizer/management handled the construction communication and refund requests poorly, which detracted from the service score.

• Ubicación9,5

Consistently praised across reviews: good position, not far from the center, tranquil area — clear strength for this property.

• Habitaciones7,0

Functional and acceptable but dated furnishings, awkward furniture layouts (e.g. child bed mechanism), ground-floor mud ingress and limited ventilation noted — average-to-slightly-below expectations.

• Instalaciones7,5

Basic kitchenette and useful accessories present, but missing conveniences (no washing machine), limited toiletries, and parking under reconstruction reduced the amenities score.

• Relación calidad-precio7,5

Mixed perceptions: some guests appreciated self-catering given local restaurant prices, but others felt overcharged (one guest paid a high sum and expected compensation due to construction) — modestly below ideal value.

• Comida y bebida8,0

No hotel food & beverage service is described in reviews; assigning target rating (standard quality for this hotel tier).

• Experiencia general9,0

Overall impression is positive mainly due to location and functional apartments, but experience was significantly marred for some guests by nearby construction, dust, and cleanliness/communication issues.
