Kategorijas

• Limpieza6,0

Mixed reports: some guests said 'Everything was clean' and 'Clean', but there are serious complaints about roaches, strong foul odors and pests coming from the AC unit, so overall cleanliness is below average.

• Servicio9,5

Mostly positive: multiple guests note staff were 'extremely nice', accommodating (e.g., floor requests). One report of a rude/inappropriate front-desk employee, but service is otherwise frequently praised.

• Ubicación9,5

Consistently positive: guests mention 'Location was great' and 'Buena ubicación', and ease of access/route to town was noted favorably.

• Habitaciones6,0

Mixed to below average: issues reported include broken furniture, squeaky floors (heard every footstep), AC unit problems and pest sightings; some guests found rooms acceptable, but quality issues are notable.

• Instalaciones9,0

Generally positive: the pool is called out as 'nice' and suites include kitchens, but there are service/attention-to-detail issues (e.g., no dishes in a suite). Overall amenities are strong but with some gaps.

• Relación calidad-precio9,5

Strong positive sentiment: multiple guests state 'great value', 'Nice price' and explicitly cite price as a reason to stay, indicating excellent value.

• Comida y bebida5,5

Negative mentions for breakfast ('Breakfast was not breakfast at all'); limited praise for on-site F&B, so this area rates below average.

• Experiencia general9,0

Mixed but leaning positive: several guests express satisfaction with cleanliness, staff, location and value, though a few describe very negative experiences (pests, rude staff, interrupted rest). Overall stays tend to be positive for many guests despite serious isolated issues.
