• Limpieza5,4

Multiple reviews report poor housekeeping (rooms not cleaned some days), reports of mold in yogurt (hygiene issue), and explicit mentions of bad/insufficient cleaning.

• Servicio8,0

Mixed feedback: several guests praise helpful/nice staff and location-related assistance, but there are notable lapses (unfriendly breakfast staff, forgotten toilet paper, inconsistent housekeeping). Overall judged slightly above average given positive staff comments balanced against clear failures.

• Ubicación10,0

Consistently excellent: many guests highlight the beachfront position, beach huts right on the sand, and 'fantastic'/'right on the beach' location in multiple languages.

• Habitaciones5,8

Several mentions of outdated rooms, noisy air conditioning, very firm mattresses, old bathrooms and maintenance issues (broken outside light), plus sand/gecko issues in beach bungalows.

• Instalaciones8,0

Wi‑Fi and beachfront hut amenities are praised; however guests report limited drink variety, poor towel quality, unreliable coffee machine and missing small items (no toothbrush/toilet paper on occasion). Overall amenities work well for a beach stay despite some shortcomings.

Several strong complaints about breakfast variety/quality, spoiled or low-quality meals and a mold incident; counterbalanced by praise for local seafood and beach dining experiences.

• Experiencia general7,3

Aggregate impression: outstanding location and pleasant beach atmosphere but inconsistent cleanliness, some service lapses and variable food quality lead to a mixed overall stay.
