Категории

• Limpieza1,0

Negative: mouldy pillows found in a drawer, signs of poor oversight despite clean bed linen; freezer compartment full of ice suggests maintenance/cleanliness issues.

• Servicio1,0

Positive on arrival: location and early check-in and availability of local parking were appreciated; however some responsiveness/maintenance follow-up appears lacking.

• Ubicación1,0

Positive: multiple reviewers praised the location, view and convenient local parking — clear strong point for the property.

• Habitaciones1,0

Negative: multiple functional issues — leaking ceiling above shower, missing blind causing early-morning light, crooked doors, noisy/freezer and ice buildup, and deceptive sizing in photos.

• Instalaciones1,0

Mixed: well-equipped cookware and basics are present, but poor selection of cutlery, a poorly functioning coffee machine and missing toiletries reduce the score.

• Relación calidad-precio1,0

Negative: guests felt standards were minimal and photos were misleading, leaving a sense that the property does not fully meet expectations for the price.

• Comida y bebida1,0

Slightly negative: limited mention — main issue is the coffee machine not working properly; no other F&B offerings described.

• Experiencia general1,0

Mixed to negative overall: excellent location and some positives (early check-in, parking, cookware, clean bedding) are offset by maintenance, cleanliness and amenity issues, producing a neutral overall impression.
