Nova Kiama ★★★★

Категории

• Limpieza9,0

Generally praised as very clean and immaculately kept in multiple reviews, though a few guests reported stained duvet covers and minor bathroom supply omissions (no toilet brush, disabled-room layout issues).

• Servicio9,4

Staff repeatedly described as friendly, charming and accommodating (allowed bag storage after checkout, clear night-staff instructions); overall strong service impressions justify an above-target score.

• Ubicación9,7

Consistently highlighted as exceptional — walking distance to train, shops, the blowhole and restaurants; parking nearby noted as a plus.

• Habitaciones7,8

Rooms are modern and minimalist but several guests noted drawbacks: cramped layout in some rooms (including disabled-room constraints), lack of seating, beds sometimes not fully comfortable for two, noisy plumbing and at least one report of TV/AC problems.

• Instalaciones7,5

Basic amenities present (kitchenette, coffee cart, parking) but guests noted missing items such as microwave, freezer in fridge, limited powerpoints and some bathroom/exhaust omissions.

• Relación calidad-precio8,2

Most guests found the stay good value given location and cleanliness, though one review called it poor value due to room/amenity issues; overall slightly above target.

• Comida y bebida7,5

Limited on-site F&B options: a coffee cart in the foyer was appreciated but selection (especially savoury items) was limited; no full dining service reported.

• Experiencia general9,7

Majority of stays described as comfortable, convenient and enjoyable for short getaways; recurring positives around location and staff outweigh isolated negative experiences.
