Mixed: many comments praise friendly, helpful reception staff and good service (parking assistance), but there are notable negative incidents (staff with earphones mocking guests, unpleasant check-in/check-out experiences).

Overall positive stays driven by location, comfortable rooms and strong breakfasts, tempered by occasional service lapses and some dated/maintenance issues.
