+ Notre séjour s'est très bien passé, très content. Monsieur Franck le responsable est très sympathique et dévoué.

− no fault of our host but the pool was getting refurbed so we had no pool

Clean and comfortable apartment

+ Great communication with host. Apartment spotlessly clean and fully equipped. Very comfy bed and excellent shower. Situated just off Mediterrano so close to shops, market, bars and beach. Felt safe walking around the area on my own. I'd moved to this apartment from a hotel in La Cala so perfect and great price for 4 nights.

− As a very light sleeper it was a bit too noisy for me but this is Benidorm where most people are awake most of the night., and l was only there for 4 nights. Sadly the pool wasn't open and we'd hit a heatwave, however the maintenance guy was busy in the pool area so assume it was almost ready to open.

− El sofá cama no es muy cómodo.

− Die Unterkunft súper pequeño,en medio de todos los pubs nocturnos de Benidorm,música hasta las 6 de la mañana,sin poder dormir por los ruidos,el colchón súper incomodo,todas las calles de la zona llenas de orines por cada esquina,un olor nauseabundo y peleas y borrachos por toda la zona,no es una zona para ir con familia.

Perfect weekend break

+ Excellent communication with Franck who was kind enough to meet us early for check in, lovely man. Location is great for bars and restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. It was spotless and the sea view was a bonus.

− Las Betten no eran cómodas

+ El trato de Frank a la llegada fabuloso, gracias por todo, intentaremos volver a veros.

− Algo más de menaje, al menos dos copas por apto para tomarnos un vino o un cuchillo grande. Con todo lo que tiene el apto que no es poco, tienes de todo se hecha de menos algo así.

− Was worried the patio doors didn’t lock as I had a lot of money with me but was all good

Relaxing, care free.

+ Very nice apartment, clean, very well equipped, views of the beach. Good access to bars, restaurants, shops. But also quiet and secure.

− Was a shame the pool area closes in September as I went in October.

+ Location for my daughter to go out. However, if you want a quieter start then this is definitely not the best place to be.

− The beds were both very small, particularly the sofa bed in the lounge area. Whilst it states this apartment is suitable for 4 people I would suggest it is comfortable for 2 or 3 maximum.

+ El estado del apartamento, las zonas comunes y como no, la ubicación. Muy buen trato por parte del anfitrión

− El check out, debería ser un poco más tarde. Adicionalmente la piscina debería tener un acceso en que no se necesite llave para entrar, o por el contrario una llave que dejemos en algún buzón ya que al ir a la playa y volver antes de despedirnos tuvimos que esperar que alguna persona entrara para acceder.

+ Fantastic location, very clean and smelled so fresh and everything you might need has been thought about and provided there were even spare travel plugs in the draw. Franck was a fabulous host thank you.

− The bars outside can be noisy but hay your in Benidorm so just join in with the party and after a certain time at night all noise went inside and you couldn’t hear them from the lounge or the bedroom
