Gut en términos generales

+ La ubicación, la amplitud del departamento y que hicieran la limpieza cada Tag

− Que el dia de check in tardé casi una hora por fallas en su máquina para hacerlo por ese medio, sin personal el recepción. Tuve que llamar dos veces porque al arreglar la falla a distancia lo intenté pero aparecía como no pagada, por una falta de confirmación del personal encargado. Por otra parte, aun cuando se brindó el Service de limpieza, algunas partes del departamento y el balcón estaban llenas de polvo, además que hace falta mantenimiento de pintura y revisión en los aparatos como la lava bajillas que no funcionaba, tuve que reportarlo y fueron a repararla. Además la tv es viejísima sin opción a conectarte a netflix o diversas aplicaciones.

+ El apartamento muy bien ubicado , muy limpio y organizado con Betten cómodas y Buenos Aires acondicionados , buen ascensor , al departamento tiene 3 Zimmer muy buenas y muy cómodas , lo único es que 1 de ellas se cierra con cortina .

− En general todo me en encanto, muy buen personal de asistencia y de ayuda para acceder al departamento . Los espacios super cómodos y bien iluminados , esta todo reformado y nuevo Lo único es que una de las Zimmer se cierra con una cortina .

− Salle de bain joints un peu à améliorer….

− Que se comercializa como un dúplex y es un bajo con una habitación en un sótano

+ Ótima localização, equipado com fogão, geladeira, o que facilita tomar um café da manhã antes de sair, não tive nenhum problema com absolutamente nada, tudo funcionou perfeitamente!

A beautiful flat in an amazing location, we would not hesitate to stay here again!

+ The flat was so comfortable, we felt right at home from day one. The location was incredible, metro, cercanías and bus stops were all just a few minutes walk away. The neighborhood has amazing shops and restaurants that are away from the usual tourist attractions. Housekeeping was courteous and thorough.

− The only improvement would be adding basic cooking items. There was plenty of cookware, but no pantry essentials like oil or simple seasonings. We were able to buy these easily at the market, but it would be helpful to have them available in the kitchen.

Emplacement parfait pour un séjour à Madrid

+ Nous avons adoré l emplacement idéal de l appartement, tout est accessible à pied, la rue est très calme, l appartement est vraiment spacieux et très propre ( ménage chaque jour), nous avons pu laisser gratuitement nos bagages avant notre départ, nous avons vraiment apprécié la gentillesse de notre hôte, nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

− It had radiant heat and could get too warm. Plenty of windows to open to cool off but then you had noise.

+ مكان ممتاز جداً لسكن وسط مدريد ، نظافة الغرف ممتازه ، تعامل الموظفه راقي جداً ، الغرف واسعه وكبيره الاثاث كامل ونظيف ، انصح فيها وبقوه ، وايضاً عندهم خزائن لشنط اذا رحلتكم متاخره وبترجعون تاخذونها بالليل ومجاناً ، الواي فاي جيد ، عندهم تسجيل الدخول الكتروني ونظامه بسيط بسجل تمسح الجواز وتدخل ، للامانه كان كل شي بيرفكت ، انصح فيها وبقوه وباذن الله لو رجعت مدريد بيكون خياري الاول
