+ Die Aussicht vom Balkon aus ist Super. Die Lage ist Top; man kann zum Strand laufen. Die Gegend ist ruhig. Alles in allem war es eine angenehme Aufenthalt.

Outstanding! Perfect position in Empuriabrava

+ Check in was very smooth and even more friendly! Charlotte and Nigel were brilliant and gave us loads of information. The apartment is clean, bright and spacious for two. Comfortable, good shower, good mattress and a nice balcony to watch sunrise over the mountains and sea. Close to cafes, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and spitting distance from the sea. Loads of free parking spaces outside too. Altogether it was absolutely perfect for what we needed!

− Notre séjour de deux nuits dans cet appartement a été marqué par plusieurs désagréments, à commencer par une absence totale de transparence : la découverte d’un traceur GPS sur les clés, sans aucune information préalable, est inacceptable et soulève des questions sur le respect de la vie privée. Le jour du départ, nous avons subi un retard d’une heure pour quitter les lieux, bloqués jusqu’à 11h malgré nos contraintes horaires. Une organisation défaillante qui a gâché la fin de notre séjour. Côté logement, le bâtiment ancien et les prestations vieillissantes contrastent avec les attentes légitimes pour une location. Les meubles, notamment dans la salle de bain, affichent une usure prononcée, signe d’un entretien négligé. Enfin, une coupure d’eau inattendue, bien que résolue rapidement, a ajouté une touche de frustration à un tableau déjà peu reluisant.

Nice, bright and a great little apartment

+ Fantastic location for our needs. Parking on street was available with no problem directly in front. The apartment is bright and airy, perfect for a couple for a short stay. Nicely furnished and well equipped, and at a very acceptable price. We'd definitely stay again in the future.

− Just a few little bits of wear and tear beginning to show, but overall a well cared for apartment in a nice building with good security.

+ Centrale ligging, veel parkeergelegenheid (iig in oktober), eigenlijk alles wat we nodig hadden, was aanwezig.

− Het was een beetje gehorig (voor geluiden van buiten),vooral als er midden in de nacht glasbakken geleegd worden etc....

+ The apartment was in an amazing location it was close to the beach and had lots of restaurants in the area. Parking on site was abundant, easy, and stress free. The apartment was a good size and had most of what we needed.

Central location and spacious apartment in Empuriabrava

+ Nigel was an excellent host, always ready to help and also gave good recommendations of the nearby services and regions. The apartment is just off the main street of Empuriabrava with restaurants, supermarket and other services just across the street or a very short walk away, just like the beach. Free street parking on the street and plenty of it during the quiet months. The apartment is spacious and has everything you might need for a week's stay. The balcony was really nice touch, with clear view over the town and sea, I enjoyed watching the sun rise while working remotely using the stable and fast WiFi.

− Some of the appliances could make do with replacement, but they still functioned perfectly fine. :) Some water damage is was visible in the bathroom, but luckily it was only a cosmetic issue.

+ Nigel is a very responsible host, tried to help in everything and was always in touch. The apartments have everything you need, clean, cosy and quite. The location is perfect: 5 minutes walk to the beach, there is a large supermarket nearby and a lot of restaurants around. Highly recommend!

+ we liked absolutely everything! It's hard to even imagine a better vacation option. the apartment has an excellent location: just a couple of minutes to a large supermarket, 10 minutes to the beach. clean, well-maintained apartments. Separately, I want to note that the owner is as friendly and responsive as possible: we arrived a little earlier than the scheduled time, but he did not mind meeting us to check in earlier.

A very nice stay in a very nice apartment

+ Absolute apartment is absolutely nice ! Situated on the top floor with a nice view, well located in town with easy car parking, absolutely clean and very well equipped. Easy check in and out by a nice owner !
