Short, great stay

+ Location was cool. Room was clean and a nice size. Right next to good shopping and eating and not a far walk to the Old Town. Recommend for a few nights

+ Location was perfect. Close to everything. Everyone was very professional and very helpful. Breakfast had great options and it was delicious. Very clean room and very comfortable bed. If I was to ever go back to Barcelona this hotel is where would stay.

NOT a 4 star hotel. You wont sleep well! NO GO!!!

+ Great location and nice staff

− Very old and oudated hotel with BAD maintenance AC was not working properly so we did not sleep well and not even at all the last night. Hotel Manager is UNRESPONSIVE to my complaint about this. Unacceptable. Super noisy : you hear the noise from the street and from the other guests in corridors so basically you dont sleep well.

+ Fantastic location, lovely staff and lovely room. We were given an upgrade on arrival which was a lovely surprise!!

− El hotel es carísimo, lo que cobran es la ubicación porque está en la Gran Via. Las instalaciones y muebles están viejisimos, maltratados La habitación para tres personas es fatal, adaptaron un catre detrás de unas paredes No hay muebles en los bJahre para colocar los artículos personales Hay una tina con canceles reparados de forma burda, se ve horrible, el agua no drena. La vista hacia la parte de atrás Está muy económico para cobrar lo que cobran. No lo recomiendo para nada Busqué otro hotel, sólo pase una noche ahí

Caffè Nespresso italiano di qualità e ulteriore macchina per Nespresso cialde disponibile oltre gli orari della colazione. Personale cordiale e disponibile anche nei consigli sulla visita della città e sui locali e ristoranti, molto collaborativi anche nel parlare italiano. Le foto sul sito sono tutte attendibili.

Trevligt o rent!

+ Bra läge med gångavstånd till mycket samt till tunnelbanan. Vi stannade i 2 nätter. Välstädat rum med sköna sängar. Trevlig hjälpsam personal.

− Vi hade otur att få högljudda män i rummet bredvid. Annars hade det varit perfekt.

Acta Atrium Palace – A Hotel I Highly Recommend

+ I had a very pleasant stay at Acta Atrium Palace. The hotel is excellent, with a great location—only about a 600-meter walk from Plaça de Catalunya and the metro, making it easy to explore the city. There are many restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, and several of Barcelona's main attractions can be reached on foot in less than 30 minutes. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The hotel was very clean, and my room was large, spacious, and well equipped. The bathroom was also spacious and very comfortable, with an excellent bathtub. A nice extra touch was the complimentary coffee available in the lobby throughout the day. In addition, each guest receives a complimentary bottle of water every day, which is a thoughtful and appreciated gesture.

− There are just a few minor points that could make the stay even better. A kettle for making coffee or tea in the room is available only upon request. The air conditioning cannot be adjusted by guests, and there is no toilet brush in the bathroom. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
