− Review of our stay Unfortunately, the condition of the accommodation was significantly different from what was presented in the listing. Immediately after checking in, we noticed large areas of damaged and peeling paint on the walls, as well as marks that appeared consistent with prolonged exposure to moisture and mould, including in the bedroom. There was also a strong and persistent smell of dampness and mould, particularly noticeable in the bedroom, which made sleeping there extremely unpleasant. We kept the apartment well ventilated and practically did not use the air conditioning, but the smell did not disappear. It is important to emphasise that these issues could not have been resolved through ordinary cleaning. The damaged walls, signs of moisture, and the condition of the air conditioning indicated a problem with the accommodation itself, rather than simply insufficient cleaning. I even tried to clean the air conditioning unit myself, but the visible dark marks could not be removed through ordinary cleaning. We reported the problem to the property management before checking out. However, instead of actually addressing the issue, we were told that we should have reported it earlier so that a cleaning team could be sent. Despite reporting it, no cleaning team was sent. It is particularly difficult to understand how accommodation with such visible wall damage and clear signs of dampness could have been handed over to guests after being inspected and prepared for arrival. If the actual condition of the accommodation and these issues had been disclosed in the listing, we would not have chosen this property. The sofa was also in a very dirty and unhygienic condition, and we did not use it because we found it unpleasant to sit on.

Our stay was very disappointing due to the lack of basic amenities and several maintenance issues.

The apartment was missing many essential items, including toilet paper, shampoo, soap, extra towels, extra bed sheets, bath towels, a second remote for the air conditioning, enough pillows, a hair dryer, and a clothes drying rack. Several facilities also did not work properly. The microwave was broken, the refrigerator froze all of our food and ruined it, we did not have a TV signal for our entire stay, and the blinds would not close completely. The worst issue was that we had no air conditioning for the first two days of our stay. Communication with the property was extremely poor. They did not answer phone calls, and although I wrote in both Spanish and English, they kept responding in French or Catalan. Two days after reporting the air conditioning issue, a technician came to the apartment without any prior notice while we were away, even though I had clearly stated that I did not authorize anyone to enter unless I was present. After his visit, he claimed that the air conditioning was working perfectly, which was simply not true. The following day I insisted that he return, and I was told that we simply did not know how to use the air conditioner. However, once he removed the filters, they were found to be completely clogged with dirt, clearly showing why the unit was not working properly. The problems actually started before we even checked in. Booking.com displayed a tourist tax of €23.10, which was one of the reasons I chose this property. However, after booking, the property contacted me via WhatsApp and increased the amount to €45 without any explanation or justification. Overall, this accommodation failed to provide the basic amenities and service that were advertised. I would not recommend staying here.

+ Выбрали второй год подряд этот объект размещения. Все было отлично. Все есть для проживания. Близко к морю и к ресторанам. В спальне немного ощущается шум проезжей части дороги, но это ни как не повлияло на общее впечатление.

+ Situé au centre-ville, l'appartement est bien propre et spacieux. Cependant, il est bruyant, surtout le matin, ce qui rend difficile le sommeil. De plus, le lit n'est pas très confortable.

− Mon séjour a été particulièrement décevant. L'isolation phonique est insuffisante : les bruits provenant de l'extérieur étaient très présents dans la chambre, au point de donner l'impression de dormir directement dans la rue. Il nous a été difficile de nous reposer correctement. Par ailleurs, aucun produit n'était mis à disposition pour nettoyer le sol ou faire la vaisselle. Nous avons donc dû acheter nous-mêmes les produits nécessaires, ce qui n'est pas acceptable pour un hébergement de ce type. Ces différents points ont fortement nui à la qualité de notre séjour.

− Falta de equipamiento, no hay lavadora, no hay tendedero para las toallas y bañadores,faltan productos de limpieza para suelos y bJahre, no hay ningún producto de higiene ni siquiera para lavarte las manos, no hay sábanas bajeras etc, muy tacJahre la empresa en cosas básicas que no tendrían mucho coste adicional, aunque te recuerdan que si hay algún desperfecto se te descuenta de la tarjeta. El dicho de la pela es la pela lo lleva está empresa al extremo.

− Primero que en la pagina pone que se admiten mascotas y PUEDEN AÑADIR CARGOS,LO Q NO PONE ES EL IMPORTE DEL CARGO ,normalmente si te cobran por la mascota ya te ponen lo q van a cobrarte y el precio y tu decides,aqui te lo mandan después de la reserva el importe una vez q ya te han cobrado el apartamento y una semana antes de ir,claro ya no puedes anular la reserva,creo se debe especificar todo bien y detallado. Por otro lado limpieza deja mucho q desear bastante polvo en los muebles y el menaje de cocina muy escaso

Cómodo sin grandes lujos

+ La ubicación del Unterkunft es buena, a menos de 10 min caminando de la playa. El apartamento era amplio. Contaba con suficientes toallas y sábanas de cambio. Mobilliario bastante nuevo.

− El apartamento tenía humedades importantes en la habitación y otros desperfectos a reparar (puerta de la habitación no cierra, mampara rota...). Los colchones tienen unos protectores poco higiénicos. Considero que faltan algunas cuestiones fundamentales como lavadora y secador de pelo. Informé de que la TV no funcionaba y vinieron a repararla en nuestra ausencia sin avisarnos, lo cual no me parece en absoluto adecuado. Nos alojaron en un bajo y por tanto no tuvimos problemas de acceso pero debería constar en la descripción que no cuentan con ascensor y hay otros dos Unterkünfte en las siguientes dos plantas. Zona ruidosa con mucho tráfico de motos y coches (la calle parece peatonal pero no lo es).

Not exactly a comfortable stay

− Mattress in the bedroom, smell od dampness in the bathroom, very hot pipes in the shower (our son got burnt few times), issues with air-conditioning, lack of key to the door (what if electricity or WiFi goes down? Sleeping in a street). No soap, no shower gel, no shampoo, only 2 rolls of toilet paper for a week for 3 people. No kettle.
