Stressful and I feel robbed as the pictures were obviously posted when the property was new to booking.com

+ The Only thing to like about apartment 601 is the pool outside.

− We was led to believe this property was a half decent place to stay, nothing luxury as we just wanted a break but the pictures completely mislead us. It’s classed as a self catering apartment but the kitchen was not fit for use, mould on and under the worktops, mould in the extract and the oven that’s not the same as the one in the photos was rusting away and had chunks of rust loose inside. We had a 1 year old baby with us with no where to sleep as no cot was provided even though we put her age in on the booking so I had to purchase one from the supermarket. we couldn’t let her roam freely around the apartment as doors were hanging off and split in half, there was broken tiles that she could have cut herself on and plug sockets that were exposed and a massive risk to her, broken chairs inside and out so couldn’t sit outside and enjoy the evening. We brought food from the local supermarket on day 1 and then had to throw it away as when we put it in cupboards there were bugs hiding in there and had got into the food. There was a smashed glass balcony door which was taped up and again unsafe, mould in showers, dirty inserts of the pillows on the bed. Overall this place is a health risk to anyone not just children, the place is obviously used by party people rather than a family. I wouldn’t put a homeless person in this property. I raised my concerns with the owner and with booking.com, both were useless, owner stopped replying to me once I told him I would send him pictures and refused me a refund or to us somewhere else and booking.com wouldn’t help as the owner hadn’t agreed anything. I am now seeking further action towards this property.

− El piso estaba literalmente reventado, todos los muebles estaban rotos, las sillas, mesas, el extractor de la cocina no funcionaba y la hacía imposible cocinar, estaba sucia, muebles rotos

Estadia cancelada.

+ Não gostámos de nada, estadia cancelada...

− Tudo poderia ser melhor, para começar se as fotos correspondessem ao anúncio, tudo no apartamento se encontrava em mau estado ou mesmo destruído, vidros partidos, roupa suja, péssima localização, conclusão, das piores experiências que tivemos, não recomendamos...

− Reservierungmos para 9 pessoas. Só havia 4 toalhas. Fomos pedir, foi nos negado pelo segurança, muito antipático. Faltavam lençóis, pedimos e não obtivemos. NÃO EXISTE RECEPÇÃO, nem rececionista, apenas o tal sr segurança que não ajudou em absolutamente nada, ainda gritou comigo! Pedi o livro de reclamações, a resposta foi que não tem. Inadmissível!

Adequate apartment for the price

+ Location and great pool, very clean pool area and quiet .

− Very old building, very cold at night. Pillows and duvets need replacing . Doors into rooms in poor repair and overall cool and draughty

+ No me gustó nada ya que cuando subimos al piso era un 6 y llevamos 4 niños y 2 personas claustrofóbica cuando fuimos a reclamar a dirección nos dijo que contactarnos con Booking que el no era responsable de nada y que no nos entenTag tuvimos que gastar dinero en productos de limpieza y limpiarlo todo estaba sucisimo y muy abandonado una esperiencia malísima no volveré más a contratar con Booking y denunciaré

+ Der Vermieter sitzt in England und ist nicht selbst in Portugal, Ferienwohnung sieht aus wie wenn überhaupt nicht mit Liebe gehandelt wird. Lasst euch nicht von diesen Bildern täuschen. Hatte ihr die Möglichkeit hier zu zeigen wie es da aussieht. Fikalien an der WC Tür, Backofen wurde durch Kleine Tischplatte und Microwelle ersetzt. Und es hat gebrochen wie in einer frittenbude. Schimmel an der denn Wenden. Wenn ihr ein Abenteuer wollt dann bucht diese Hundehütte . Ich Habe Bilder für die Verbraucherzentrale gemacht, #booking.com kümmert sich überhaupt nicht um euch. Bitte gebt acht, diese Hütte hier ist arglistige Täuschung

− Swimming pool was closed and in booking mentioned it with pool and host mentioned to take pass for pool but was closed.

Security person told us the last person was there only staying for 1hour and 20 minutes

+ Nothing because the property wasn’t nothing the same as the property shown on the pictures on the website.

− Missing doors on the rooms, dirty property, broken furniture, rusty doors, rusty kitchen ( oven, microwave, etc,)

Grande, cómodo y con vistas, y lo mejor con mi perrita 💕

+ El apartamento está muy bien, muy grande. Con vistas a la piscina y al mar y lo mejor que aceptan mascotas que para mi es muy importante!

− La cocina, muy pequeña y no había cosas importantes como mistol, estropajo y bayeta que lo tuve que comprar, ni una poquita de sal...

+ El área de la piscina muy bien y limpia la recepción bien buena atención algo que acotar no nos funcionaron 2 de las tarjetas de la piscina y no nos solucionaron pasaron de nosotros

− El piso poca limpieza, mal olor no se veía el televisor no había agua caliente no había butano algunas cosas en muy mal estado ...

Very very disappointed

− Flimsy lovre doors on the bedrooms which one fell apart so no privacy for teenage granddaughters had to remove cistern lid to flush toilet we were told to pay 5euro each for a pool card which wasn't open the reason we went here therefore had to splash out another £300 on another property with a pool for 5 nights I never complain about anywhere because I hate doing it overall the worst place I have ever stayed in Albufeira very very disappointed ☹️

+ - spacious and one of the cheapest available at the time of booking - the pool area is amazing, well maintained - had an issue with hot water, the staff helped out and worked to solve the issue promptly. - had a washing machine, which was a plus

− - extremely dated, and could do with a lick of paint - bunk beds weren’t comfortable - balcony small and was dirty-looking, but again it’s an outdated apt.

+ Host was very nice, late check in and late check out available. Loved the location, 20 min walk from the beach. Pool available onsite. It isn't a modern apartment but for what you pay it is value for money all things considered.

− Air con didn't work great but if you leave the front and back doors open, a great breeze went through the appartment.

+ Even though it's a big complex of apartments it was very quiet and we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Apartment had everything we needed and Danilo was always at the end of the phone if we needed something. Highly recommend
