+ Wir hatten das Zimmer zum Hof und mit eigenem Bad. Daher war es ruhig und komfortabel. Amelia ist sehr bemüht und freundlich. Es ist zum Wohlfühlen und sauber. Gerne wieder.

+ 지하철 역과 가까웠고, 조용하게 보냈습니다. 건물이 신식이 아니지만, 크게 불편한 점이 없었어요. 주인장 에밀리가 정말 친절했어요. 가성비 좋은 숙소였어요.

− 화장실의 수압이 약하지는 않는데, 강하지도 않았어요. 더운 여름인데 선풍기 정도만 있었어도 시원했을 것 같았어요. 다른 것들은 불편함이 없었어요.

− Bylo téměř nemožné bezplatně zaparkovat v blízkém okolí. K dispozici bylo pouze placené parkování.

+ Nice place to stay in Lisbon. Easy walk or quick ride on public transport to the centre of Lisbon. Ameli was very accomodating and kind. The kitchen was well equipped. Place was kept very clean.

− The only place to spend time was your room or the kitchen/dining space. Would have been nice to have a lounge area. Just to keep in mind… as this is a shared space you are at the mercy of other guests and sound travels in this place, unfortunately a person in the house was up at 2am on a work call and woke us up for quite a while during one of the nights.

+ I’ve been waiting at the door for over two hours messaging calling the host then at 5 pm replied that she had a doctor appointment and that she will be there in 8 min by that time I already booked an other place to stay in because I had only one night layover in Lisbon and she refused to refund me even if it was her fault . The worst customer service I ever had in my whole life .

+ Overall great place. Amelia rooms in a multi floor residence unit on the 3rd floor. No air con - just a fan- so windows open which can be a bit noisy when trying to sleep. Single bed was rather hard. Communicate with WhatsApp so landlord can translate via phone app as needed.

+ This was truly a great overnight experience, and it exceeded all of my expectations. The owner, Ameli, greeted me just before midnight when I arrived and she was so kind and hospitable. The room was really large and the bed really comfortable. Everything was very clean and I had the feeling I was at home, which made my stay truly wonderful. Obrigado, Ameli!

在地下鐵站旁邊，交通方便，附近很多美味的本地餐廳

+ 在地鐵站旁邊，來往機場和景點很方便，附近有巴士站，亦可步行15分鐘到海邊的景點，無需上山落山。附近有很多本地餐廳，價錢合理而味道不錯。屋主很親切，可預先用WhatsApp跟他聯絡，他會使用即時翻譯軟件，所以溝通不太難。

+ Stayed in the bedroom with private bathroom. Bedroom also has a small balcony. We loved staying here would stay here again. Just a heads up, the shower is very small, but it worked for us.

Clean, comfortable, adequate

+ It's very clean, good shower pressure, comfortable bed and not a bad location, 25 min walk to centre or 6 euro uber

− Host had not seen our booking so unready for us. The same thing happened with another guest the following evening. She did set up our room quickly though. At 90 euro a night, share bathroom price is too high. Think in summer may be too hot, only a fan.

Bon rapport qualité prix pour Lisbonne

+ Noys avons été hébergés chez Amelie qui a été très à l'écoute et aux petits soins pour nous. La propreté était impeccable. Seulement un petit souci d'eau chaude à la salle de bain à l'arrivée. Le quartier n'est pas touristique mais on trouve des commerces nombreux, et la station de métro est toute proche pour aller au centre-ville en 10mn.

+ This was a simple yet clean and beautiful B&B owned and managed by the host Amelie. She was incredibly warm and responsive and kept in touch with me the whole time right from before arrival till my check-in. Just an FYI though that entering the building requires having the host present to unlock the main door with a key, so it helps to coordinate time of arrival with the host in advance. Will highly recommend this place to anyone looking to save money on expensive hotels without compromising on quality of stay.

+ While the owner was a little disorganized, my stay was otherwise okay. The rooms are really nice, and the communal areas were kept tidy.
