− Que se fuera la luz bastante veces seguidas

+ Muy buena ubicación, urbanización fantástica y muy limpio. Si vuelvo a mojacar repetiré seguro.

+ Apartamento fantástico, con todo lo necesario, comodo, con cuartos, salón y terraza d muy buen tamaño. Pool grande y a buena temperatura

+ Views from balcony...decor lovely. Key pick up nice and easy. We did not use equipment in kitchen but it was all modern and very clean

− Beds could be more comfy. The shower needs an edge to it as the water runs out and needs mopping after

− Da wir schon ein wenig älter sind, konnten wir den Herd nicht bedienen. Toilettenpapier nur eine Rolle.

− La limpieza, menaje de cocina y mobiliario en dormitorios, una percha o algo dónde dejar la ropa, además del mismo armario, no estaría de más. La limpieza, regular, y pintura de las paredes a medias, se quedaron sin ella 😂😂😂

+ Ideal location. Just 10 minutes walk along the beach to local restaurants shopping centre and businesses Beautiful sunrises everyday which you can see and enjoy from the balcony

Great all-round property that I would definitely recommend and return to in thr future.

+ Great property. it had everything you need for a stay in Mojacar. It is spacious, clean and centrally located. The pool and balcony were great too.

− No towel rail in bathroom.

Lovely apartment with sea view

+ Cosy and clean apartment, it was just a nice as we had hoped, loved the location overlooking the sea. Although not in the busiest part of Mojacar, it is close to a few restaurants and bars, particularly loved the Neptuno beach bar/restaurant 5 mins walk away. Lovely pool area. Very quiet on the estate. Overall, it's a really nice place to stay..

− Just a couple of minor comments; As there was no communal furniture around the pool area, it would have been nice if the property provided a couple of folding chairs or sunbeds to take out to the pool. Not enough pillows provided. Only one quite thin one each which didn't really give enough support, so had to improvise using cushions as pillows.
