Great location for visiting the city

+ Location was fantastic, we have stayed here before and love it

− The stairs as it is top floor and no lift

+ Lo que más nos gustó ha sido la ubicación y el aire acondicionado. Además el ático es muy espacioso con una gran terraza

− Le hace falta un lavado de cara a la casa. Paredes, sábanas, cortinas… en las imágenes parece mejor

+ Lage,camas, amplitud del apartamento y el tener dos bJahre completos con duch, éramos 6 personas y estuvimos muy cómodos

− Klimaanlage del salón hace ruido muy fuerte y no deja dormir....

schöner Aufenthalt

+ Lage ist sehr zentral direkt in der Stadt, alles zu Fuß zu erreichen

− keine Parkmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe, natürlich verständlich da direkt in der Innenstadt. Das Apartment befindet sin in der 4 Etage ohne Aufzug. In meinem Alter was es unmöglich die Koffer hoch zu tragen. Wir haben das Auto in einer Tiefgarage gelassen, ca. 10 Minuten entfernt, und habe unseren Täglichen Wäschebedarf in Tüten ins Apartment getragen. Auch die Einkäufe hochzutragen war sehr beschwerlich

+ Mooi terras, mooi uitzicht, goede locatie midden in het centrum

− 4e verdieping zonder lift. In beide badkamers geen plankje of kast om je spullen in te zetten.

Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

+ Der Kontakt war stets freundlich und angenehm. Die Wohnung befindet sich in zentraler Lage, sodass zahlreiche Restaurants, Tapas-Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Trotz der unmittelbaren Nähe zum Stadtleben war die Unterkunft erfreulich ruhig und bot eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Ein besonderes Highlight war die Terrasse, auf der man den Tag bei einem Glas Wein oder Bier gemütlich ausklingen lassen konnte.

− Während unseres Aufenthalts sind uns einige kleinere bauliche Punkte aufgefallen. So ließ sich ein Fenster im Schlafzimmer leider nicht öffnen. Zudem könnte einer der Duschbereiche etwas überarbeitet werden: Der Einstieg war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und an der Duschkabine fehlte teilweise ein Einfassungsprofil, wodurch man beim Aussteigen auf die scharfen Kanten achten musste.

A lovely few days in a wonderful apartment

+ This was a very well located apartment, convenient for all that we needed. The roof terrace was wonderful, a lovely place to sit for breakfast or lunch or a nighttime glass of wine. The view of the cathedral was fantastic.

− The stairs but we were well aware of this beforehand!

+ The location was excellent, the apartment was very clean everything there that we needed for a short stay

− The main bedroom doesn't have any natural light

Good only for one night stay, otherwise I recommend something better.

+ Apartment is the center of the Malaga. Close everywhere. Checking, checkout was super easy. Equipment in apartment is old but there was everything you need.

− Extreme sewer stench throughout the apartment, humidity difficult to ventilate. Smell in apartment, feels like very dirty environment even though apartment was clean. Towels were old and smells.

Buena ubicación pero le hace falta un lavado de cara

+ Hervorragend ubicación. En pleno centro, al lado de la catedral y de la calle Larios.

− No me gustó el mobiliario, es un poco cutre. El cubre sofás no estaba limpio y los cojines tampoco. Le vendría bien una mano de pintura.

− No tienen nada que ver las fotos de Booking a lo que te encuentras en realidad, las fotos son del comienzo y la realidad es todo viejo sillones sucios etc....

Palėpės apartamentai

+ Vieta nuostabi, pačiame senamiestyje. Iš terasos vaizdas tiesiai į katedros bokštą.

− Butui jau labai reikalingas remontas 😉. Jei kas turite judėjimo problemų, nepatogu, nes palėpės apartamentai yra viršuje ir į juos pateksite tik labai stačiais laiptais

+ Located In the main town centre, every famous place is close to the apartment, highly recommend for the adults

− No wheelchair or baby stroller access

Centralissimo appartamento con diverse stanze

+ Posizione fantastica, in pieno centro con molti locali vicini, ma nonostante ciò era super silenzioso. La cucina aveva una buona dotazione e c'erano le stanze separate così da permettere di avere la propria privacy e letti abbastanza comodi.

− Poco luminoso (a differenza di come sembra invece dalle foto). Armadi, comodini e divano stile ikea; purtroppo non c'è ascensore ( ne eravamo consapevoli) e le scale sono belle ripide. Il telecomando della tv era appartenente ad altra tv ( non presente nella casa), meno male i tasti della tv permettevano di cambiare lo stesso dalla stessa.
