+ The apartments where clean. They where in a great location.

− We where on the 13th floor which wasn't a problem but the lift are small and really stuffy. I know that's a small detail.

+ The property is very spacious with all amenities, big enough for five adults. It is in an excellent location in the entertainment area but still is able to close the noise out. It has a fridge freezer, washing machine & everything else too, including air condition. It is very clean throughout.

− El ascensor necesita mantenimiento, tuvo varias fallas al subir al piso 12

− Maybe only downside was with there being a few of us one of the lifts didn’t always take more than 2 people an there were quite slow so it did take some time to get an down xx other than that everything else was 5 stars

+ Perfect location. Very clean apartment with four single beds and a large sofa bed. Communication with the owner was very clear and was available to answer any questions we had. 10/10 stay.

− It's Benidorm and the apartment is dead centre of the nightlife so noisy through the night we knew it would be

Worth the money

+ Oleg the host was great . Accomidation was right on strip, very clean modern property

+ The apartments were clean and the location was central to everything Oleg was great he kept in touch from booking until checking out a smooth stress free process for a group coming to Benidorm these apartments are perfect

− As the apartment is central the noise can be heard from the bars below but it was a stag party occasion so it wasn’t a problem

+ These apartments were spotlessly clean.the location was also great,although we could hear music from clubs downstairs it was nothing major..wouldn't be for young families but for us it was perfect..age group 50 -65

Lovely little apartment in the heart of Benidorm.

+ Location was great, right in the heart of everything. 5mins to the beach. Yes, there was some noise from the nightclub but knew this at the time of booking. Did not stop us getting to sleep. Apartment was spotless and clean and had everything we needed for a few nights stay. Communication with host was excellent and met us outside the apartment. Was very accommodating when an error had occurred via booking.com. Anything we needed he responded very quickly. Perfect little apartment for a few nights in Benidorm. With a little balcony which had lots of sun. Excellent value for money.

− Nothing all was great. Maybe an extra pillow, however, thats just my preference as i like 2 pillows.

− Hot water didn’t last long
