Apartamento centrico en Girona, relación calidad/precio bajo.

+ Nos gustó la localización. Centrico en Girona.

− Solicitamos Unterkunft para 5 y el apartamento estaba preparado para 4. Los bJahre estaban rotos: las tapas sin fijar, y los acabados sin solucionar. Faltaban mantas y las camas venían preparadas solo con sábanas en diciembre. Además nos indicaron mal el portal, y la contestación de ellos inicialmente fué que 'estaban fuera del horario laboral', posteriormente rectificaron, y nos trasladaron el portal correcto.

− Algunos desperfectos en baño, cisterna y grifos sobretodo

− La falta de mantenimiento de los bJahre y es bastante ruidoso. Un baño pierde agua, la ducha no se puede regular el agua caliente y tenía pérdidas ducha y wc. El otro baño, la ducha tenía mucha Cal y no caía agua y el toallero estaba roto. Estamos casi en invierno y al llegar, las camas estaban solo con una sábana, nos hemos tenido que poner nosotros la colcha.

+ La ubicación y la distribución del piso

− Lo poco cuidadas que están las instalaciones. No tenia una cafetera, la ducha del baño ppal no funciona bien. Le falta tv smart-tv. El mobiliario bastante pobre.

Lage genial pero hay que mejorar Service

+ La ubicación inmejorable. Es silencioso y cómodo

− Alquilamos para 5 y había 4 camas más un plegatin que no estaba montado. Si alquilas 5 camas debes dejar montadas 5 camas. Hay que mejorar limpieza.

Girona is prachtig!

+ Amazing location!

− You have to go to a different location to get the key then walk 9 mins, not ideal after travelling and poor communication from host! The facilities are very basic

A great place in the heart of the old town

+ Centrally located in the heart of the old town So lovely to have separate dining / sitting area, well equipped kitchen

− A problem in communication, I had requested twin beds ,but only a double bed . Had to use single bed which was not comfortable

+ Great location in the centre of old Girona.

− Pick up and drop off of keys is awkward (pulling suitcases a long way over cobblestones).

Nice spot, if only owner wasn’t so worried about maximizing profit. Just make sure to use the bathroom before you check

+ Clean property in the heart of the old town. Includes most appliances you’d need with some caveats.

− Does not come with any of the necessities to live here. In our case, not 1 toilet paper roll, no body wash/shampoo, dish detergent, laundry detergent, etc… Key pickup process could be smoother, as well as taking photos of all guests’ passports with her personal phone… not very secure.

Modern amenities in character apartment in vibrant old quarter of Girona

+ Excellent high speed wifi. Best on the trip. This is a spacious SELF CATERING apartment, filled with character and modern new bathrooms. Beds were comfortable.

− Check In and check out each took 30 minutes. We appreciated the second day delivery of sheets for the twin bed aka folding cot. We did not realize we needed to make a specific request for the sheets prior to arrival.  Photos of items we purchased and gifted to the apartment are attached along with a pair of tongs, oil and vinegar for the kitchen

+ Location was excellent although there was some noise from the street. Lots of lovely restaurants and cafes on the doorstep, Everything was very clean. Beds were comfortable.

− No welcome basket (tea, coffee, condiments) in the kitchen, no kitchen cloth to clean up spills, no shampoo, shower gel in only one shower, no spare toilet rolls.

Great value and perfect location in the middle of the old town.

+ Appreciated that it had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Location could not have been better.

− No complaints about anything

The location could not be faulted. The apartment met our needs.

+ Location was perfect. Great base to explore Girona.

− Receiving the keys was a little disrupted. We were attempting to check in a bit earlier as the check in was quite late at 4p.m. This was declined. This then led to more confusion and we didn’t get met by the managers to 4:15pm. Not the end of the world, just a little frustrating. Cleaning of the utensils, plates and glasses could be a better.

+ very spacious property. great location. good facilities in the home, washing machine, dishwasher and good Wi-Fi ETC.

− The property was very loud. There are a number of restaurants and bars underneath the property which means it’s very noisy in the evening until late. The walls and windows of the property must be quite thin as you can hear the people who live around you a lot. One of the biggest negatives was the fact in one of the bedrooms every time the people above flushed the toilet it would make a disturbingly loud sound, waking me up on numerous occasions.

Comfortable apartment in great location.

+ This is a lovely apartment on a quiet street in the centre of the old town, close to all the major landmarks. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. It was spacious and very clean with some lovely original features (doors, windows and shutters).

− The only negatives were that there was no flexibility around check in which was 4pm and it was not possible to drop off bags. As we arrived in Girona at 12:30pm this was a little inconvenient. Also, there were three of us in the apartment, but we were only given one set of keys with no secure place to leave them, which meant a bit of juggling. However, these were minor complaint - overall it is a great apartment.
