Fantastic hotel that made my first visit to Madrid magical.

+ I loved everything about this hotel. The service from the moment we entered till the moment were left was absolutely excellent. Breakfast was stunning. The staff made my birthday feel very special.

+ L’emplacement est très agréable. Le personnel est dévoué et serviable.

− Un problème de chambre à l’arrivée. les demandés et les surfaces de chambre sont très différentes d’une chambre à l’autre. Nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassé : problème, notre chasse d’eau des WC n’a jamais fonctionné sur quatre jours. Attention au bar de l’hôtel : au Pestana CR7, un sirop à l’eau pour nos enfants nous a été facturé quatre euros la où au Barcelo cela coûte 300 % plus cher, soit 12 € le sirop l’eau. nous avons expliqué cette situation au personnel du bar qui n’a vraiment pas été sensible à nos arguments. Il est bien compliqué de prendre un petit déjeuner si vous n’êtes pas avec un petit déjeuner inclus : trois collaborateurs impliqués pendant de longues minutes pour finalement vous accorder le sacro saint droit de pouvoir accéder au Buffet

+ Sve je odlicno. Osoblje je izuzetno fino i od pomoci, hotel je fantastican, lokacija savrsena, sadrzaji jako dobri. Apsolutno je sve izuzetno. Hotel je za svaku preporuku. Opet cemo se vratiti u ovaj hotel.

− Sve je bilo odlicno i sve nam se dopalo.

Great hotel, would return

+ Lovely hotel in a great location. Rooms were clean, quiet and well decorated. All of the staff were dealt with were friendly. The spa/gym/rooftop was great. Only negative is that the aircon in the room doesn’t go below 19 degrees.

+ Hotel Review Absolutely perfect location on Gran Vía, with everything you need just a few minutes’ walk away. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very well suited for a relaxing stay. The staff are truly fantastic warm, welcoming, and genuinely make you feel at home. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended!

Perfect Stay - Exceptional Service and Cleanliness

+ Outstanding hotel in a perfect location. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist with anything we needed. Our room was very spacious and immaculate - the housekeeping was absolutley excellent throughout our stay. You cannot beat the location right on Plaza Spanien and Gran Via, within easy walking distance of all major sights and attractions. Breakfast was fantastic with a huge selection of fresh and delicious options every morning. The real highlight was when the hotel staff discovered we were celebrating a birthday and surprised us with balloons, champagne and a beautiful plate of treats in our room. It was such a thoughtful and memorable gesture that made our trip even more special. We would very definitely return to this hotel on our next visit to Madrid and recommend it to anyone looking for quality accommodation in the heart of the city.

+ Excellent hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helped us with any questions we had. The rooms are large and spacious, and the housekeeping service is top notch. The location is unbeatable - right on Plaza Spanien and Gran Via, walking distance to all the main attractions. The breakfast is excellent, with a large and delicious variety. When the staff realized we were celebrating a birthday, they left balloons, champagne and a plate of sweets in our room. It was such a lovely surprise to receive! We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

+ מלון מעולה, צוות מאוד נחמד שעזר בכל שאלה, החדרים מרווחים וגדולים, שירות ניקיון מעולה. ארוחת הבוקר טעימה ומגוונת מאוד, מארוחות הבוקר הטובות שמצאתי במלונות באירופה. המלון נמצא במיקום מעולה על כיכר אספניה ורחוב Gran Via, מרחק הליכה לכל מוקדי העניין בעיר. שצוות המלון הבין שהגענו לחגוג יום הולדת, הם השאריו לנו בחדר בלונים, שמפניה וצלחת מתוקים וזה היה ממש כייף לקבל הפתעה כזו. אנחנו בהחלט נגיע שוב לאותו המלון.

− הבריכה במלון מקורה ובחום שיש באוגוסט המקום מרגיש כמו סאונה חמה ובגלל זה לא השתמשנו בבריכה.

− ازعاج. يوجد ملهى ليلي قريب من الفندق وازعاج وقت النوم. الحمام لا يوجد ابواب يعني مافيه خصوصية

+ Faultless service throughout our stay. The rooms were lovely, breakfast was good. Location was great to get around everywhere.

perfect place to stay in Madrid

+ Perfect location, comfortable and spacious rooms, amazing breakfast, warm and welcoming staff. They even had valet parking for a relatively modest fee. We have stayed here twice, and we will definitely stay here again when we're back in Madrid next summer.
